The promo is exclusive to select Metrobank Peso Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, M Free Mastercard, M Lite Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Vantage Mastercard/Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Visa Plus, Cashback Visa, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard and NCCC Mastercard credit cardholders (CHs) who received the promotion SMS/Viber message from Metrobank. The Promotion is not applicable to Corporate Mastercard, ON Mastercard, Dollar Mastercard, Dealer Financing, YAZZ Prepaid Visa, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.

The promotion period is from November 15, 2022 to December 15, 2022.

The pre-selected customers will receive an SMS with a reference number from Metrobank. This reference number will be the basis of Metrobank if the customer is included or part of the campaign. Cardholder who did not receive any SMS with a reference number starting with NSAXXXXX will not be qualified for the promo. Metrobank will not accommodate request of cardholder to include his or her account in the list of pre-selected customers for the promo.

The PHP 500 cash incentive will be credited to the cardholder’s Metrobank credit card upon campaign launch. Metrobank shall notify the cardholder on the last 4 digits credit card no. where the incentive was credited.

Valid spend includes retail and merchant installment transactions, both online and in-store purchases. PayNow and Bills2Pay transactions are also considered as valid spend. The cash credit can also be used as payment for processing fees of Balance Transfer, Cash Advance and Cash2Go availments. Valid transactions have to be made within the promo period only.

Other transactions such as Balance Conversion and Payment Arrangement transactions such as finance charges, penalty fees, annual membership fees and other Bank charges are excluded as valid spend.

Qualified cardholder with a valid spend within the promo period is eligible for a waiver of card replacement fee. CH must call our Customer Service hotline (02) 88-700-700 to request for card replacement and a waiver of card replacement fee. Waiver of fee will be processed within 15 banking days after the promo period.

A cardholder will only qualify for one (1) incentive throughout the duration of the promo.

The cash credit earned under this promo will be reflected in the cardholder’s Statement of Account with the transaction description: Special Cash Credit. 2022 Shop Anywhere!

The cash credit is non-transferrable and non-convertible to cash.

Unused cash credit after the promo period will be charged back by the Bank as a negative balance fee.

A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promo.

All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
