The Promo and discount are non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions or fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the Promo discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

In case of dispute concerning Metrobank and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.
