New ATM service fees to start April 7​​

Beginning April 7, 2021, fees for cash withdrawals and balance inquiries will be set by the bank that owns the automated teller machines (ATMs) that you are using.​​

Transactions by Metrobank Debit or Prepaid cardholders on Metrobank ATMs are still free of charge. Balance inquiry by PSBank cardholders will also be free of charge and they will also get a special rate of PHP 7.50 per cash withdrawal. ​ Metrobank cardholders transacting on other banks’ ATMs will be charged fees set by the the ATM’s owners. ​​ Meanwhile, fees for non-Metrobank cardholders transacting on Metrobank ATMs will be PHP 18.00 per cash withdrawal and PHP 2.00 per balance inquiry.​​
