Metrobank, First Metro Investment Corporation (“FMIC”), and First Metro Securities Brokerage Corporation (“FMSBC”) were appointed as selling agents of the Premyo Bonds.

Issuer: Republic of the Philippines
Issuance Type: Philippine Peso-Denominated Premyo Bonds 2, a direct, unconditional, unsubordinated, and general obligations of the Republic and shall be rank pari passu and without any preference among other debt instruments of the Philippine Republic thru BTr.
Issue Size: Php 3 Billion
Tenor: One (1) year
Maturity Date: December 16, 2021

Coupon Rate: 1.250% gross per annum (or 1.00% net)
Additional Benefit: Every Php 500 worth of investment is equal to 1 bond unit which entitles the investor to 1 raffle entry with a maximum of 20,000 raffle entry or bond unit (investment of Php 10M). For a Php3 billion issue size, raffle prizes drawn every coupon payment date are cash rewards amounting to Php 1 Million (one winner), Php 100,000 (10 winners), and Php 20,000 (50 winners), and a special set of raffles for investors with a total investment of no more than Php 20,000 (50 winners).

Final Withholding Tax: Interest income on the Bonds is subject to a final withholding tax
