Card Activation for new Metrobank App users:
- Download the Metrobank App.
- Sign up on the app with your new card.
- Go to your dashboard and tap “Activate Card”.
- Input your 6-digit passcode to confirm activation.
Card Activation for existing Metrobank App users:
- On your Metrobank App, open the side bar, then tap “My Accounts”.
- Select “Credit”.
- Tap “+ Enroll” to add/enroll card.
- View your account details and tap "Activate" on the card image.
- Input your 6-digit passcode to confirm activation.
Note: This process also applies for renewed/replaced cards. Supplementary cards can also be activated by the Primary Cardholder in the Primary Cardholder's app. Make sure you have your physical card before activating it.
