Buy Smart load and earn cash rebates​

Buy load in Metrobank Online, the Metrobank Mobile App, and Metrobank ATMs.

I. PROMO MECHANICS

  1. All Metrobank accountholders will receive an 8% load rebate for every purchase of the participating Smart and TNT regular eLoad products via Metrobank Online, the Metrobank Mobile App, or Metrobank ATMs within the promo period. Below is the table of participating load denominations and their corresponding rebate to be awarded to qualified accountholders:

  2. The promo shall run from August 28 to October 28, 2021.

  3. Promo days when the accountholder will be given the cash rebate will be every 8th, 18th, and 28th of the month within the promo duration.

  4. The crediting of the rebates will be on SEPTEMBER 10 (rebates for AUGUST transactions), OCTOBER 8 (rebates for SEPTEMBER transactions) and NOVEMBER 5 (rebates for OCTOBER transactions) within the promo period. All rebates shall be credited to the account holder’s Metrobank Account where the eLoad transaction was made and an SMS will be sent to the account holder once the credit has been made to the account.

  5. A maximum of one (1) transaction per account holder per promo day will qualify in the rebate program. For multiple transactions per promo day, the higher transaction amount will be the amount that will be awarded with the cash rebate.

  6. Rebates are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

  7. The promo is subject to the terms and conditions of Metrobank and Smart. In case of dispute, the decision of Metrobank and Smart shall be final, with consent from DTI.

  8. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

  9. Metrobank is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas with telephone number: 8708-7087 and email address at consumeraffairs@bsp.gov.ph.
