1. The promo is applicable to all Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/ Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, and Travel Platinum Visa. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Prime Debit, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Prime Debit Metrobank Prepaid cards and YAZZ Prepaid Visa cards.

2. Qualified credit cardholders who use their Metrobank card at La Jolla Beach Luxury Resort can enjoy 0% installment up to 6 months on rooms based on Published Rates.

3. Valid for a minimum spend of PHP 20,000, applicable to any room type.

4. The promo is applicable for direct (walk-in) bookings only.

5. Promo and Booking Period are from August 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024 only.

6. Stay Period is from August 1, 2024 to November 15, 2024 only.

7. La Jolla Luxury Beach Resort is located at KM 154 Barangay Banawang, Bagac Bataan.

8. The promo is exclusive to qualified Metrobank credit card cardholders only.

9. Only 0% interest installment purchases for 3, and 6 months months are qualified. Straight purchases and Shop Now, Pay Later up to 90 days after are excluded from this promo.

10. To avail of the offer, Metrobank cardholders must charge the 0% installment purchase to his/her qualified Metrobank credit card through the merchant’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

11. Installment Terms and Conditions:

    • Full installment amount under the Metrobank 0% installment program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.
    • All installment purchases are subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.
    • All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.

12. How to avail of promo:

    • For room reservations, cardholders must walk-in and proceed directly to the hotel.
    • DIRECT BOOKING (via walk-in only):
      • Cardholders must walk-in to inquire for availability and provide their details for the reservation.
      • Cardholders must settle the full payment using their qualified Metrobank debit, credit or prepaid cards upon arrival.

    Note: By making a booking under this promo, the cardholder agrees and consents that his/her personal data (e.g. name, address, card information, etc.) may be collected, processed and stored by La Jolla Luxury Beach Resort subject to its data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo.

13. Other Terms and Conditions:

    • Child policy: A maximum of two (2) children per room is allowed.
    • Children ages twelve (12) and above are considered adults where extra person charge shall be applied.
    • Children ages eleven (11) and below are free of charge on accommodation whereas the breakfast is excluded.
    • Rebooking and cancellation policies: No cancellation / refund unless due to force majure or acts of god wherein rebookings can be made.
    • Free rebooking will be provided to the cardholder in case there will be any lockdown and travel is prohibited.

15. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

16. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card.

17. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the program period. Should the cardholder receive the offer, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the offer shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

18. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

19. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

20. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and La Jolla Luxury Beach Resort, with the concurrence of the DTI. La Jolla Luxury Beach Resort agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

21. In case of dispute concerning Metrobank and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.

22. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
