The Promotion is also applicable to Metrobank Debit, Prepaid cards and YAZZ Prepaid Visa. The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, and Dealer Financing.
The promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanges for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.
Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant installment transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. Presumption of split transactions is having 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the token code shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.
The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

Cancellation Policy:
32 or more days from check-in date: free cancellation, full refund or booking credit.
All necessary fees incurred by the cancellation shall be borne by the cardholder.

How to Avail:
a. To book, a Metrobank Cardholder must send an e-mail to Asia Grand View Hotel at sales@asiagrandview.com or reservations@asiagrandview.com or call +63 915 954 9931, +63 917 550 7375, +63 918 697 9226, +63 917 550 7373 within the promo period with the following information: travel dates, type of room, number of rooms, names and ages of guests, first 6-digits or last 4-digits of Metrobank credit card number. Please use the following format for the subject line: Asia Grand View Hotel x Metrobank/Cardholder’s Name (e.g. Asia Grand View Hotel x Metrobank/ Juan de la Cruz).
b. Asia Grand View Hotel to check availability and send a quotation of the final discounted rates to Cardholder based on their requirements.
c. For payment, Asia Grand View Hotel will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail. A Metrobank card must be used to settle the payment.
d. Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking/voucher purchase.
e. Once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be emailed to the Cardholder.
f. Cardholder to present the Metrobank credit card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in.
The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.
In the purchase of good and services which are on the promotional discount, Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

n. In case of cancellation due to force majeure and pandemic travel restrictions imposed by the government, reservation may be rebooked within six (6) months. This is subject to room availability.
o. Only one (1) amendment per booking is permitted. Furthermore, it must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a no-show administration charge. A flat rescheduling fee of PHP 1,000 applies and will be charged to the card used to process the booking.

To avail the promo in the hotel, the cardholder must charge the total purchase amount to his/her qualified Metrobank card through the store’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid cards.
Other terms and conditions:
a. Child Policy: Maximum of two (2) children per room aged 0-11 years old are free of charge as long as sharing bed with companion but exclusive of breakfast.
b. A maximum of two (2) rooms may be booked per travel party. A travel party is defined as a group of family or friends within one travel arrangement (flights, hotel accommodation and/or tours).
c. The special rate is applicable for a minimum occupant in the selected room category.
d. To confirm a reservation, a guarantee of 50% deposit of the total room cost via any of the payment options provided by the hotel is required. Otherwise, non-guaranteed reservation will not be confirmed.
e. Guaranteed advance reservations are non-refundable but may be rebooked once if modification is made at least seven (7) days prior arrival date. Rebooked dates are subject to rates changes & room availability. Rebooking made after (7) days to check-in date will no longer be accepted and will be subject to cancellation charges equivalent to 50% of the total room cost. Cancellation of paid & guaranteed reservation within seven (7) days prior arrival date will be charged 100% of the total down payment amount.
f. No show or shortened stays will not be refunded and the amount paid will not be adjusted to incidentals.
g. Guaranteed reservations may be transferred to another individual subject to the rebooking policy & provided that consent is given by the original booker.
h. The promo rate is subject to extra person charges as applicable. Extra person rate is PHP 1,500 per night inclusive of breakfast.
i. For extension night/s or additional room/s, the best available rate will be applied.
j. The promo rate is not applicable to institutional group bookings where group bookings are defined as 5 rooms or more.
k. Deposit Policy: A cash incidental deposit of PHP 2,000 per night will be required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-in if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
l. Azalea Vacation Club members are entitled to an additional five (5) percent discount provided that the member is in good standing with the club. The additional five (5) percent discount is only applicable if the member is part of the check-in party. The additional five (5) percent discount is non-transferrable and not for resale.
