Promo Mechanics

  1. The Promotion is also applicable to Metrobank Debit, Prepaid cards and YAZZ Prepaid Visa. The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, and Dealer Financing.

  2. The promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanges for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.

  3. Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant installment transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. Presumption of split transactions is having 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

  4. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the token code shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

  5. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

    Accommodation

    a. The promo is available for direct bookings only and not valid for online bookings. Prior reservation is required.
