How to Join the Gashapon Game and the Holiday Raffle Promo

• Present the F&B receipt and Metrobank credit card for validation at the redemption booth located at 2F, fronting El Born from December 1 to 31, 2024. Redemption booth is open from 4:00PM to 11:00PM daily to accommodate redemptions.

• Scan the QR code and completely fill up the online registration form to play the Gashapon Game and to earn a raffle entry.

• One (1) successful registration is equivalent to one (1) chance to play the Gashapon Game to win Mitsukoshi BGC merchandise or restaurant gift certificates and one (1) raffle entry to win an Apple MacBook in the Raffle Draw.

• Secure a copy of the raffle entry and validated receipt.

• Play the Gashapon Game and receive game prizes instantly.

• Raffle draw schedule is on January 3, 2025, 4:00PM at the Mall Administration Office Basement 1, Mitsukoshi BGC which will be supervised by Sunshine Fort North Bonifacio Commercial Management Corp Representative and a DTI representative.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the incentives due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Mitsukoshi BGC with the concurrence of the DTI. Mitsukoshi BGC agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.
