Registration: The pre-selected principal cardholder will receive an SMS, Viber message or e-mail blast containing the registration process at the start of the promo period. Once received, the principal cardholder must register by:
a. Visiting https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift
b. Logging-in with your mobile number registered in Metrobank’s database.
c. In the Available Promos section, click “Weekly Wins” and enter the mobile number to register in the promo.
d. A confirmatory SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration.
Visual Tracker/Redemption: Cardholders can track their cashback for claiming at https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift beginning November 1, 2024. All qualified transaction/s and incentive/s earned prior to November 1, 2024 will be posted on the tracker once it goes live, while qualified transaction/s and incentive/s earned thereafter will be posted within seven (7) banking days after the transaction has been made. Redemption period is from November 1, 2024 to January 15, 2025 only.
The promo is exclusive to select Metrobank Peso Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, M Free Mastercard, M Lite Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Vantage Mastercard/Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Visa Plus, Cashback Visa, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard and NCCC Mastercard credit cardholders in good standing who received the promo SMS/Viber message from Metrobank. The promo is not applicable to Corporate Mastercard, ON Mastercard, Dollar Mastercard, Dealer Financing, YAZZ Prepaid Visa, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.
The promo, registration and spend period is from October 15, 2024 to November 15, 2024 only. Redemption period is from November 1, 2024 to January 15, 2025 only.

The pre-selected cardholders will receive an SMS/Viber message or e-mail blast with a reference number from Metrobank containing the registration process at the start of the promo period. Metrobank will not accommodate requests of any cardholder to include his or her account in the list of pre-selected cardholders for the promo. Once received, the principal cardholder must register by:
a. Visiting https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift.
b. Logging-in with your mobile number registered in Metrobank’s database.
c. In the Available Promos section, click “Weekly Wins” and enter the mobile number to register in the promo.
d. A confirmatory SMS will be sent to the principal cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration.
Note: The metrobankcard.mymcc.gift powered by Giftaway will only ask for your mobile number and verification code sent to your mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP via links in e-mail, SMS or phone calls.
If a cardholder changes and/or updates his or her mobile number after successful registration, a cardholder will not be automatically registered in the promo. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 that he or she changed and/or updated his or her mobile number and would like to register the new mobile number. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.
Cardholders will only start earning for cashbacks once registration is successful. Transaction/s made before successful registration will not be included. Metrobank will only acknowledge a successful registration if the principal cardholder received the confirmatory SMS.
Cardholders can qualify for the incentive once (1) per promo week, with a maximum number of four (4) throughout the whole promo period only.
Illustration Only: Cardholders can only redeem the incentive per transacting week during the promo period. A sample computation is shown below. The letter “x” signifies that a valid transaction was made during the specific day in the promo week.

Total Cash Rebate = PHP 150
There are a total of four qualified transactions during the 2nd and 4th week, but the incentive qualification is capped at ONCE per week. Therefore, the total cash rebate that the cardholder can redeem is PHP 150 – PHP 50 pesos for the first valid transaction, which was made on Day 2 of week 2, and PHP 100 pesos for the second valid transaction, which was made on Day 3 of week 4.

Valid spend includes retail and merchant installment transactions for online or in-store purchases. Valid transactions have to be made within the promo period only.
Other transactions such as online fund transfers charged to the credit card, transactions with merchant category codes of 6540 (stored value card purchases such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, Maya Cash In, ShopeePay Cash In, GrabPay Cash In), 6010 (cash advances), 6011 (ATM transactions) and 6012 (other financial institution merchandise) found in Metrobank’s database, Cash2Go, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, Bills2Pay, PayBills, PayNow, finance charges, late payment fees, annual membership fees and other bank charges are excluded as valid spend.
A visual transaction/s and incentive tracker (metrobankcard.mymcc.gift) will be available to target cardholders starting November 1, 2024. Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker. All qualified transaction/s and incentive/s earned prior to November 1, 2024 will be posted once the tracker goes live, while qualified transaction/s and incentive/s earned thereafter will be posted on the tracker within seven (7) banking days after the transaction has been made.
The principal cardholder will receive instructions via SMS to visit the Metrobank website to redeem the cashback once he/she has reached the minimum single-receipt spend. Cashback must be redeemed within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of promo period or until January 15, 2025 only. All unredeemed cashbacks will be forfeited after the redemption period as indicated in the Metrobank website and visual tracker. Metrobank will not accommodate requests of cardholders to extend the validity of the code once the redemption period has passed.
To redeem, cardholders must visit the Metrobank-Giftaway portal (metrobankcard.mymcc.gift), log-in with their registered mobile number and enter the One-Time Pin (OTP).

The cashback will be credited to the cardholder’s Metrobank credit card account on the following schedule:

The promo and cashback entitlement is based on a customer level. Multiple Metrobank credit cards under the same customer number will be considered as one unique cardholder. Qualified transactions made by using other Metrobank credit card/s (if any) which share the same customer number will be combined in the number of entitled cashbacks.
Supplementary cardholder/s is/are automatically registered once the principal cardholder has successfully registered for the promo. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the principal cardholder’s transaction/s and shall count towards the incentive limit of the principal cardholder.
The cashback earned under this promo will be reflected in the cardholder’s Statement of Account with the transaction description: Special Cashback – Weekly Wins with Metrobank.
The cashback is non-transferrable and non-convertible to cash.
A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated prior to the crediting of the cashback.
By registering under this promo, cardholders agree that their personal data shall be shared to, collected and processed by Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway, subject to the confidentiality, data privacy and other security terms of Giftaway, and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Any dispute related to the promo shall not be a valid reason for non-payment of cardholder’s credit card bill or outstanding balance. Hence, all accrued charges on the credit card while the dispute is ongoing shall be for the account of the cardholder.
The Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank at its own discretion with the concurrence of the DTI.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the cashback, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions.
By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
