PROMO HIGHLIGHTS:

• Registration: Register at metrobankcard.mymcc.gift and enter your Metrobank-registered mobile number. The principal cardholder will receive an SMS, Viber message, or e-mail containing the instructions on how to join the promo. Transaction/s made before successful registration will NOT be qualified for the promo.

  • Should there be any changes in the contact details within the promo period, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to update his/her contact information in Metrobank’s database by calling the Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700, and to request for manual registration with the updated mobile number. PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all Metrobank Peso Mastercard / Visa, Metrobank Vantage Mastercard / Visa, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, and Travel Signature Visa cardholders in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, and Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, Prepaid Cards.

2. Promo period is on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from March 14, 2025 to June 1, 2025. Registration period is from March 14, 2025 to June 1, 2025. Redemption period is from March 24, 2025 to July 31, 2025 only.

3. Cardholders who reach the minimum spend requirement and criteria as specified below shall be qualified for the instant eGift Certificate (eGC) and a raffle entry.

4. To qualify for the promo, a principal cardholder must have his or her mobile number updated in Metrobank’s database and is required to register for the promo. Should there be any changes in the mobile number or contact details within the promo period or after successful registration, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to update his or her contact information in Metrobank’s database by calling the Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 and to request for manual registration to the promo. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.

5. The principal cardholder must register for the instant eGC and raffle promo by visiting the registration page found in the Metrobank website from March 14 to June 1, 2025 and entering his/her Metrobank-registered mobile number and the Registration/Verification Code sent to the registered mobile number. An SMS confirming successful registration will be sent. Transaction/s made before successful registration will NOT qualify for the promo. The time of the successful registration shall be based on the time the notification SMS was received by the principal cardholder.

   Note: The registration page will only ask for the cardholder’s mobile number and the Registration/Verification Code sent to the mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for the card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP or other card details via links or web pages found in e-mail, SMS or phone calls.

6. Supplementary cardholders are automatically registered once the principal cardholder has successfully registered for the promo. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the principal cardholder’s transaction/s.

7. By completing the registration, the cardholder agrees that his/her personal data shall be shared to Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway, and shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other terms and conditions of Giftaway.

8. A visual transaction and incentive tracker (https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift/) where all qualified and posted transactions/s, instant eGC token codes and raffle entries will be available to registered cardholders starting March 24, 2025. Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker. Prior transaction/s and incentive/s earned will be shown upon the tracker set-up date, while transaction/s made and incentive/s earned subsequent to the tracker set-up date will be reflected within seven (7) banking days after the qualified transaction has been made.

9. “Qualified Transactions” for the instant eGift certificate (eGCs) include all retail straight transactions such as purchases at groceries, department stores, boutiques, drug stores, gasoline stations, restaurants, Internet, and Mail Order/Telephone Order subject to the minimum spend criteria set above. PayNow shall be excluded for the instant eGCs.

10. “Non-qualified Transactions” for the instant eGift certificates (eGcs) include all merchant installment transactions, mobile payments / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay, Atome, and other cash-in transactions, as well as PayNow, Pay Bills, Bills2Pay, Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, and Cash2Go transactions.

11. “Qualified Transactions” for the raffle include all retail straight transactions such as purchases at groceries, department stores, gasoline stations, restaurants, Internet, Mail Order/Telephone Order, and PayNow (except for money transfers made to a cardholder’s own account), subject to the minimum spend and transaction criteria set above.

12. “Non-qualified Transactions” for the raffle include all merchant installment transactions, mobile payments / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay, Atome, and other cash-in transactions, as well as Pay Bills, new and existing Bills2Pay enrollments and amortizations of previous Balance Transfer, Cash Advance, Balance Conversion and Cash2Go transactions.

13. A principal cardholder is entitled to up to ten (10) instant eGC token codes for the duration of the promo period per unique Metrobank customer. Supplementary cardholder transaction/s will be included in the incentive computation that the principal cardholder may be entitled to.

14. The computation of the required spend and eGC token codes entitlement will be based on a customer level.

15. Successfully registered principal cardholders will also receive instructions to visit the Metrobank website to redeem their earned token codes. Redemption of codes is until July 31, 2025 only.

16. Cashbacks earned will be rewarded to the principal cardholder’s statement of account where the transaction was made.

17. All eGCs earned and cashback earned is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

18. All unredeemed codes will be forfeited after the expiration date indicated in the Giftaway website and visual tracker. Metrobank will not accommodate any request of cardholders to extend the validity of the token codes once the redemption period has passed. Metrobank will also not accommodate requests to convert eGC tokens to cash or cashbacks or credit adjustments to the principal cardholder’s statement of account.

19. Cardholders can redeem the Giftaway Universal eGC tokens starting March 24, 2025 at Giftaway partners such as, but not limited to, The SM Store, Robinsons, Puregold, Shopee, Grab, Lazada, and more. Applicable delivery and other processing service fees from the stores where the eGC/s will be used are not included in the eGC and shall be shouldered by the cardholder.

20. A P15 transfer fee for e-wallet redemption shall apply on a per redemption basis. Transfer fees will be shouldered and charged to the recipient.

21. Deadline for earning of raffle entries is on 11:59 p.m., June 1, 2025. The time stamp on Metrobank’s platform will be the basis for the timing of the qualified transactions.

22. Raffle entries earned within the promo period will be electronically generated and will automatically be included in the raffle draw. There is no cap for the amount of raffle entries a cardholder can earn.

23. The electronic raffle draw will take place on below scheduled date and will virtually be held in the presence of representatives from DTI and Metrobank. Below table also shows the qualified transaction dates, raffle draw dates, announcement of winners, number of winners to be announced, and the prizes to be won

24. Qualified cardholders may only win the raffle once.

25. Winners of the raffle draw will be officially informed first via SMS, e-mail, and registered mail. Should the cardholder be unreachable, winners will then be notified via call-out by Metrobank.

26. Cashback under this promo will be reflected in the principal cardholder’s statement of account with the transaction description: “P20,000 Cashback for 2025 Weekend Wins”

27. The cashback earned will be credited to the principal cardholder’s account within thirty (30) business days after the end of the promo period.

28. By participating in this raffle, all participants and winner(s) grant Metrobank exclusive permission to use and disclose the following personal date: full name, photographs and videos in connection with this promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, Metrobank’s websites, or Metrobank’s social media pages.

29. Employees of Metrobank and Giftaway including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the raffle.

30. A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the prize. Any question or dispute related to cardholder’s availment of the promo shall not be a valid reason for non-payment of cardholder’s credit card bill or outstanding balance. Metrobank will not be liable for any accrued charges to cardholder’s account.

31. The promo may not be availed in conjunction with other ongoing promos, unless otherwise stated.

32. All disputes will only be accepted until sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period or not later than July 31, 2025.

33. Metrobank will not accommodate cardholders’ request to be rewarded for transactions made without registration due to lack of awareness for the promo.

34. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

35. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

36. All terms and conditions relating to the use of registration, redemption portal, Universal Giftaway eGCs indicated in the Giftaway platform shall apply.

37. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions.

38. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
