    d. Cardholder will receive a feedback from hotel representative either through a phone call or e-mail.

    e. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. A payment link will be sent to complete the transaction using a qualified Metrobank credit card.

  6. General Terms and Conditions:

    Accommodation

    a. The promo is available for direct bookings only.

    b. The promo is inclusive of the following:

    • Overnight accommodation;
    • Access to Aquaria Water Park for Casobe and Laiya Beach Club for Club Laiya and the beach;
    • Complimentary Wi-Fi Access;
    • One (1) Complimentary Parking;
    • Value Added Tax and Service Charge.

    c. Standard allowable occupancies apply per room.

    d. Cardholders can book up to a maximum of five (5) rooms only.

    e. Change of stay dates can be done at least 14 days prior to check-in date, provided the new stay date is still within the Stay Period. If new stay date is outside of the stay period, the foregoing offer will no longer apply.

    f. Cancellation is allowed up to 14 days prior to check-in date and subject to full payment refund. Cancellation with less than 14 days prior to check-in date and no show shall be charged a penalty equivalent to 100% of the total payment. No refund or credit will be issued for cancellations made outside the specified cancellation period.

    g. In case of cancellation due to force majeure which, for purposes of the rules, shall mean acts of God, calamities, actual disasters, and other reasons beyond the control and diligence of reserving party, cardholders shall submit a letter of cancellation within the promo period, stating all the necessary information such as the reason and pertinent details of the guest/s, subject to free rebooking within the stay period.

    h. The promo is not applicable for extensions of stay.

    i. Any additional charges incurred during the stay, including but not limited to dining, room service, mini-bar consumption, and incidental expenses, will be billed separately and are not covered under the promo.

    j. Banquet sales, private functions, parties, group booking, corporate rates or any other negotiated rates are excluded from the promotion.

  7. Other Terms and Conditions:

    a. The promo is not retroactive and cannot be applied to existing bookings or reservations.

    b. Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit card.

    c. Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified credit card.

    d. Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID. In case that the guest is not the Metrobank cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, Metrobank card used and government-issued ID of the cardholder must be presented.

    e. Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.

    f. By availing of this promo, the cardholder agrees and consents that his/her personal data (e.g., name, address, card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) may be collected, processed and stored by Landco Lifestyle Ventures subject to its data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo.

    g. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items.

    h. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

    i. The use of the Metrobank credit cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

    j. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

    k. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

    l. The Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

    m. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Landco Lifestyle Ventures with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

    n. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final with the concurrence of DTI.

    o. By joining or availing this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
