How to avail:

b. Inform via email/call that cardholder will be availing the promo from Metrobank

c. State booking details including guest stay dates, number of persons, etc.

d. Confirmation will be sent by the hotel

e. Present the card used in booking upon arrival in the hotel

General Terms and Conditions:

a. The offer is applicable to Room Only rates for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights

b. Rebooking and cancellation procedure

c. Reservation may be rebooked or cancelled without penalty atleast 24 hours prior to stay.

d. A minimum of 2 consecutive nights stay is required for this rate to be valid (Two Bedroom Executive).

e. For stays from April 1, 2025 to October 15, 2025. Hotel terms and conditions, child policy and extra person rates apply.

f. By participating in this promo, the cardholder and/or his/her fellow guests agree and consent that their personal data (e.g. name, birthdate, gender, address, email address, card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) may be used, collected, processed and/or stored by Joy~Nostalg Hotel & Suites Manila in accordance with its data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo.

g. Breakfast and Lunch Buffet offer is valid for minimum of 5 and maximum of 10 diners

h. Breakfast buffet is valid from Monday to Sunday; 0600-1000H

i. Lunch buffet is valid from (Monday to Friday; 1200-1430H)

j. A la carte discount is valid for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 4,000 and is valid from April 1-July 31, 2025

k. Themed dinner buffet offer is valid from April 1 – July 31, 2025

l. Buffet offers are valid for dine-in transactions only.

m. Ala carte offer is valid for dine-in and to-go

n. Beverages are excluded in the promo.

o. Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified card.

p. Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promo.

Other Terms and Conditions:

a. All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, surcharges, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

b. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

c. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.

d. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.

e. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

f. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

g. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Joy~Nostalg Hotel & Suites Manila with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free for any liability in the event of such dispute.

h. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.

i. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
