How to avail:

• To avail of the promo, Metrobank cardholders must present and use their qualified credit, debit and prepaid card for the booking.

• Advance reservation is required by calling and confirming with Two Seasons Hotel and Resorts that the guests will avail of the discount/privileges.

• Offer is not applicable for website bookings.

General Terms and Conditions:

a. The rooms are subject to availability.

b. Two Seasons Hotel & Resorts reserves the right to allocate rooms for the promo booking. In the event that the hotel is already fully booked or all room allocations have been booked by other cardholders on a certain stay period, Two Seasons Hotel & Resorts will offer alternative dates.

c. Full payment is required upon reservation and is non-refundable.

d. Cardholders must only use the eligible Metrobank card to pay for the room reservation.

e. One-time rebooking is allowed. The date modification/rebooking must be done 15 days prior to the arrival date of your existing reservation.

f. Cancellations caused by fortuitous events, force majeure, government restrictions, can be re-scheduled but not refunded. Rebooking is accepted within the stated travel validity (stay period) for this promotion.

g. All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel.

h. Guests must present a valid ID upon check-in, and the cardholder must be one of the staying guests.

i. Check-in and Check-out: Standard check-in time is 2:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12:00 noon.

j. Standard Two Seasons Hotel & Resort policies shall apply.

k. The 10% OFF F&B discount is valid for rooms booked under the Metrobank promo only. It applies to all F&B transactions (e.g. in-room dining, dine-in, and take-out) and is inclusive of service charge and taxes.

Other Terms and Conditions

a. Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per day even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified credit or debit card.

b. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

c. Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promo.

d. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items.

e. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

f. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.

g. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

h. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

i. The Metrobank Card Terms and Conditions, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

j. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the merchant with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

k. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final with the concurrence of DTI.

l. By joining or availing this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
