Other terms and conditions:

a. Promo is applicable for dine-in, take-out and/or pick-up transactions only. Not valid for delivery, online orders or orders using food delivery apps.

b. To avail, cardholder must use their Metrobank credit or debit card to pay for the total food bill.

c. Discount is based on total food bill, net single-receipt transaction.

d. Promo is applicable to one qualified Metrobank card per table/per transaction, per cardholder, per day.

e. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

All service charge, VAT, and other applicable government taxes will not be included in the discount computation and shall be shouldered by the cardholder.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and Feta Mediterranean.

In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

The use of the Metrobank Card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards. In such a dispute, Earle’s Delicatessen shall have no liability.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Feta Mediterranean, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
