1. 3. Promo period is from March 15 to December 1, 2025. Not valid during legal, special (non-working) and declared holidays.

5. Promo is applicable for dine-in, take-out and/or pick-up transactions only. Not valid for delivery, online orders or orders using food delivery apps.

6. To avail, cardholder must use their Metrobank Credit Card to pay for his total food bill. Discount is based on total food bill, net single-receipt transaction. Service charge, VAT, and other applicable government taxes will not be included in the discount computation and shall be shouldered by the cardholder. Promo is applicable to one qualified Metrobank card per table/per transaction, per cardholder, per day.

7. Splitting of transactions to smaller amounts during a single purchase to get a multiple discounts or freebies is not allowed.

8. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

9. In the purchase of good and services which are on the promotional discount, senior citizens/persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010/Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

10. The use of the Metrobank Card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards.

11. Metrobank Card reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

12. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promo.

13. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Padova Fine Food Technologies, Inc. with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall not be responsible for any liability in the event of such dispute.

14. In case of dispute in respect to Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.

15. By joining or availing of this Promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions and Metrobank’s Privacy Policy.
