How to avail:

a. For bookings, call or email Estacio Uno Boracay for prior reservation.

b. Metrobank Cardholder must inform the reservations team that they are availing the promo with Metrobank Cards.

c. State the booking details including the guest stay dates, number of guests, and other important details.

d. Confirmation will be given by the reservations team of Estacio Uno Boracay.

e. Metrobank Cardholder must present his/her Metrobank card used in booking upon arrival in the resort.

General Terms and Conditions:

a. Prior reservation is required to avail of the offer.

b. The Promo offer is applicable on room accommodations / room rate only.

c. The Promo offer is applicable for single / double occupancy and are inclusive of breakfast for 2 or 4 persons depending on the room category.

d. A minimum of 2 nights stay is required on Peak Season dates (Chinese New Year and Holy Week).

e. Full payment is required upon booking.

f. All bookings are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, early departures, or no shows.

g. Kids 11 years old and above are considered adult.

h. Extra person rate, child policy, hotel booking and other hotel terms and conditions apply.

i. Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank card through Estacio Uno Boracay’s online gateway or Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

j. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards.

k. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

l. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

m. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit, and prepaid cards.

n. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit, and prepaid card account.

o. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

p. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Estacio Uno Boracay with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall not be responsible for any liability in the event of such dispute.

q. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.

r. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
