  3. The promo period is from May 2, 2025 to October 31, 2025. Travel period is from May 2, 2025 to May 15, 2026. Blackout dates apply: Christmas Season 2025 (December 22, 2025-January 5, 2026), Chinese New Year 2026 (February 17-18, 2026) and Holy Week 2026 (March 29, 2026 to April 5, 2026).

  5. How to avail:

    a. Inform Reservations team via email/call/Viber that cardholder will be availing the promo with Metrobank.

    b. Provide the following booking details to the Reservations Team:

    c. Pending confirmation letter will be sent by the resort.

    d. Send us the accomplished credit card authorization form and front copy of the credit card used for the promo.

    e. Once payment has been processed, a confirmation letter will be sent to your email.

    f. Card used for payment must be presented upon check in at the property.

  6. General Terms and Conditions:

    a. Prior reservation and prepayment upon reservation is required.

    b. Rates are inclusive of 6% service charge and 12% government taxes.

    c. Full payment is required 3 days after reservations date.

    d. Reserved rooms will be released if payment is not completed within the specified timeframe.

    e. For Stays from May 2, 2025 to May 15, 2026.

    f. Cancellation and refund policies:

    • Cancellation Prior To Check-In:

    • Full refund - 15 days or more prior to check-in date

    • 50% refund - 8 – 14 days prior to check-in date

    • No refund - 7 days or less prior to check-in date

    g. Rebooking is allowed 14 days prior to check-in date, subject to room availability.

    h. Rebooking for medical emergencies is allowed with supporting documents.

    i. No Show:Guest will be charged 100% of the total stay

    j. No refund for cancellations due to force majeure. Free rebooking within 6 months of the original travel dates.

    k. Cancellation Due to Health Emergencies & Death: Full refund provided with valid documentation.

    l. Cancellation Due to Airline Cancellations

    • Guest will be charged one night's stay.

    • Guest may rebook within 6 months from the original check-in date at no cost

    • Guests missing the last boat from Coron to Sunlight Ecotourism Island Resort (SETIR) can stay at Sunlight Hotel Coron and will be refunded the price difference. Refunds apply only if guests stay at Sunlight Hotel Coron.

  7. Other Terms and Conditions:

    a. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

    b. Banquet sales, private functions, group event booking and parties are excluded from the promotion

    c. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of ACEA Subic Beach Resort and Metrobank.

    d. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items.

    e. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

    f. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.

    g. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

    h. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

    i. The Metrobank Card Terms and Conditions, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

    j. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the merchant with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

    k. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final with the concurrence of DTI.

    l. By joining or availing this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
