Accommodation

• Blackout dates apply on January 23-26, April 16-19, and July 11-13, 2025 only.

• Promo applies to Deluxe Room, Junior Suite and Bellevue Suite only.

• Promo is inclusive of FREE daily breakfast for two (2), all applicable government taxes and Service Charge.

• Cardholder can book up to a maximum of two (2) rooms only within the promo and booking period.

• Child policy:

  • Children aged 5 years and below (maximum of 2) sharing room with parents using existing bed set-up, stay and eat buffet breakfast for free and other pre-arranged meals, when dining with parents (hotel terms and conditions apply).

  • Children 6- 11 years old, sharing room with parents, using existing bed set-up, stay for free and shall be extended 50% discount on existing buffet breakfast and other pre-arranged meals.

  • Children 12 years old & above and adults can be accommodated in an extra bed at the prevailing cost of inclusive of breakfast.

• Extra person rate is PHP 2,500 per night.

• The offer is not applicable for extensions of stay.

• Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID.

• Rebooking and Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations due to Force Majeure/Cancelled flights/ferry and medical reasons, rebooking will be allowed within 2 months from original stay date.

  • Cancellation must be justified by cancellation advisory from airline, ferries, and medical certificate.

  • Cancellations for 14 days or less prior to arrival is subject to one-night charge.

  • Cancellations for 7 days or less prior to arrival is subject to FULL cancellation charge.

Dining

• No minimum spend requirement for Food and Beverages discount.

• Discounts are not applicable to promotional menus.

• Unless otherwise provided, local tax, value-added tax and service charge shall be shouldered by the cardholder based on original menu prices.

• Discount is not valid to be converted as voucher.

Other Terms and Conditions

• Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount of booking/s or purchase to their qualified Metrobank credit or debit card.

• Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified credit or debit card.

• Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

• Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promotion

• All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

• The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

• By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.

• In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, senior citizens / persons with disability can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 / Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, if applicable, whichever is higher.
