3. What is the promo period and redemption period?

   Promo period is from November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026.

4. How do I register in the promo?

   No registration is required. Simply use your qualified Metrobank card at participating branches to avail of the promo.

5. What are the qualified transactions?

   • Valid for straight transactions only.

7. Terms and Conditions apply.

   • Non D-coded items and N-coded items are not included in the promo.

   • The promo code can be used multiple times within the promo period for online transactions.

   • Promo is not applicable on installment transactions.

   • Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum purchase requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card through Fully Booked’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal for in-store transactions or upon online checkout.

   • Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit, debit or debit cards.

   • Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

   • Shipping fee or other fees pertaining to the transaction shall be shouldered by the cardholder, unless otherwise provided.

8. By participating in the promo, cardholders agree that their personal data (e.g. name, address, card information, etc.) will be shared to, collected, stored and/or processed by Fully Booked, in accordance with its Confidentiality, Data Privacy Policy, Security Policy, Terms of Use, and other relevant policies and terms and conditions, and is subject further to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. No. 10173).

9. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

10. The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and Fully Booked and is not on top of other existing discounts.

11. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

12. The use of the Metrobank Card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards. In such a dispute, Fully Booked shall have no liability.

13. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the promo, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the promo shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit, or prepaid card account.

14. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

15. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

16. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Fully Booked, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

17. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

18. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
