Promo Mechanics

  1. The promo is open only to all cardholders in good standing of Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Cards. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard and YAZZ Prepaid Visa Cards.

  2. Promo and booking period are from September 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024 only. Stay period is from September 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 only.

  6. For reservation, booking and inquiries:

    Note: Cardholders should mention that they will avail of the Metrobank promo.

    b. Send an e-mail to boracay.reservation@crimsonhotel.com:

    • Place the subject line as: Metrobank Deals Promo/cardholder name/ check-in date (e.g. Metrobank Deals Promo/Juan Dela Cruz/09-20-2022).

    • Indicate your preferred travel dates and guest details.

    • Crimson Resort and Spa, Boracay shall send a Statement of Account with payment link and instructions via e-mail.

    • Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to confirm the booking, otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.

    • Once full payment has been made, the hotel will send confirmation voucher via e-mail.

    • The confirmation voucher and the Metrobank Card used must be presented upon check in together with a government-issued ID of the cardholder to verify that the booking is qualified for the promo. In case that the guest is not the Metrobank cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, Metrobank Card used and government-issued ID of the cardholder must be presented.

  7. The promo is available for direct bookings only, subject to availability and prior reservation is strictly required.

  8. Standard allowable occupancies apply. Extra person in excess of the allowed headcount is prohibited.

    a. Deluxe: Two (2) adults and up to two (2) children up to 12 years old and below are free of charge with breakfast and transfers if using existing bed arrangements of either a king or double bed. No extra bed arrangement.

    b. Suite and Villa: Two (2) adults and up to three (3) children 12 years old and below, or three (3) adults and one (1) child up to 12 years old and below are free of charge with breakfast and transfers if using existing bed arrangements of either a king or double bed and a sofa bed. No extra bed arrangement.

  9. For non-refundable bookings, reversals or refunds will not be allowed.

  10. Cancellations or modifications due to medical reasons or other emergencies must be supported by proper documentation and will be subject to approval of the management.

  11. Other Terms and Conditions:

    • Discounts on alcoholic drinks and third party sports and leisure activities are excluded in the promo.

    • Terminal and environmental fees are not included in the package.

    • For bookings that would fall on Closed-out dates (days with high occupancy), there is a surcharge of PHP 3,000 per room, per night on top of the package rate and PHP 4,000 per night on identified Super Peak Dates (e.g. December 27, 2023 to January 3, 2024, February 7 to 17, 2024 "Chinese New Year" and March 28 to 31, 2024 - "Holy Week").

    • For extension of stay, Best Rate Guarantee less 10% OFF will apply, subject to room availability.

    • Aum Spa credits are not convertible to cash nor can be used to settle the room charges. Credits are also non-transferable to other guests and should be consumed during the stay period.

    • Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount of the booking/s to their qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card.

    • Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID. In case that the guest is not the Metrobank cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, Metrobank Card used and government-issued ID of the cardholder must be presented.

    • Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.

    • Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified card.

    • Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promo.

    • Other resort policies and procedures apply.

  12. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

  13. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

  14. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

  15. The use of the Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards.

  16. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo, booking or stay period. Should a cardholder receive the discount/s, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount/s shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.

  17. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

  18. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay, with the concurrence of the DTI. Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

  19. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.

  20. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
