A. Accommodation
i. The promo is available for direct bookings only. Prior reservation is required.

ii. Rate are inclusive of accommodation with complimentary breakfast for two (2) persons at the Residence Club living room, evening cocktails and light bites.

iii. Up to two (2) kids aged eleven (11) years old and below are free of charge.

iv. Extra person rate is PHP 2,084.20 nett with complimentary breakfast for Deluxe Room, and PHP 2,700 nett with Living Room access for Residence Club Deluxe Room.

v. Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID. In case that the guest is not the Metrobank cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, Metrobank card used and government- issued ID of the cardholder must be presented.

vi. Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.

vii. Rebooking and cancellation is allowed until twenty (24) hours prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty equivalent to one (1) night charge, and as long as the rebooked stay date/s is/are within the stay period. Otherwise, the foregoing promo rate will no longer apply. The same shall apply in the event of a no-show.

B. Dining
i. Lunch and dinner buffet are valid for dine-in transactions only.

ii. Discounts are not applicable to promotional menus.

iii. Café 1228: Minimum of two (2) and maximum of twenty (20) pax per dine-in only. Breakfast buffet, a la carte and beverages are not included in the promo.

iv. The Lounge: Maximum discount of PHP 800 applies. Premium spirits and Cellar Selection Wines are excluded from the promo.

C. General Terms and Conditions

i. Service Charge and Value-Added Tax (VAT) are included in the discount.

ii. Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum number of diners for Café 1228 and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank card.

iii. Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per day even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified credit or debit card.

iv. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

v. Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promo.

By availing of this promo, the cardholder agrees and consents that his/her personal data (e.g., name, address, card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) may be collected, processed and stored by New World Makati Hotel subject to its data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items.

In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

The Metrobank Card Terms and Conditions, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and New World Makati Hotel with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final with the concurrence of DTI.

By joining or availing this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
