Promo Mechanics

  1. The Promo is applicable to all Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, Metrobank ICON, Toyota Platinum Card, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, and Travel Signature Visa cardholders in good credit standing only. The Promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME Debit and Prepaid Cards.

  2. Qualified cardholders can get up to 50% OFF on select luggage for every luggage or bag traded in at The Travel Club using their Metrobank Credit Cards.

    • 40% OFF on select luggage for every luggage traded-in

    • 30% OFF on select luggage for every bag traded-in

      • Promo is applicable to straight, 0% installment for 3 months, and Shop Now, Pay Later up to 90 days after for a minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 3,000.

      • Cardholders can avail of the discount, 0% installment, or Shop Now, Pay Later in a single transaction.

      • Other installment tenors are excluded from the promo.

    • Additional 10% OFF for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP10,000 exclusive for Metrobank Travel Signature Visa cardholders only.

      • The minimum PHP 10,000 spend requirement is net of the base discount, valid for straight transactions only.  
      • Maximum discount of PHP 10,000 applies.
      • Metrobank Travel Signature Visa cardholders who will avail of the 10% OFF top-up offer are not eligible to convert purchase to 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later up to 90 days after in a single transaction.
      • The top-up offer is valid for one-time use per Metrobank Travel Signature Visa card, per transaction, per day only.
  3. The promo period varies from February 26, 2026 to March 15, 2026, and select The Travel Club branches nationwide.

    a. Trade-in sale:

    • To qualify the cardholder must bring their old usable and in-working condition luggage (4-wheel or 2-wheel) or bags (business case/laptop case/messenger bag/shoulder bag/duffle bag/backpack), and exchange it for special discounts on the featured products (luggage).

    • NO Trade-In Item, NO Discount.

    • Participating brands: Delsey, World Traveller, Traveler’s Choice and ACE.

    • Discount is valid to old luggages or bags in the following acceptable conditions below:

    • Cardholder with traded in item/s is eligible to avail special discounts on featured collections/items of up to forty percent (40%) discount.

    • If a cardholder traded-in a bag (business case/laptop/messenger bag, shoulder bag/duffle bag/backpack) and wishes to purchase a luggage, the discount that can be availed of by the cardholder is only 30% OFF.

    • Discount offered is on a one (1) is to one (1) basis only.
      One (1) luggage = discount on one (1) luggage only.
      One (1) bag = discount on one (1) luggage only.

    • All traded-in luggage will be subject to inspection. The Travel Club reserves the right to determine the final condition of the traded-in items, and decision whether items are considered functional and suitable for donation.

    b. General terms and conditions:

    • Promo is valid for in-store transactions only.

    • Metrobank cardholders must trade in any luggage/bag and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank Card through The Travel Club’s Metrobank Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

    • Only one (1) qualified Metrobank Card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank Cards.

    • Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

    c. 0% Installment and Shop Now, Pay Later:

    • 0% installment is available for 3-month installment term only. Shop Now, Pay Later is available up to 90 days after only. Other installment tenors are not included in the promo.

    • All 0% Shop Now Pay Later transactions will be billed to the cardholders account starting the third (3rd) statement cycle based on the original Shop Now Pay Later transaction date and every month thereafter until the total amount payable is paid in full.

    To further illustrate:

    • If purchase is made before cut-off date, billing will be deferred for 2 months.

    • if purchase is made after cut-off date, billing will be deferred for 3 months.

    • Full installment amount purchased under the Metrobank 0% installment and Shop Now, Pay Later program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.

    • All installment purchases are subject to the Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% and Shop Now, Pay Later installment program.

    • All 0% instalment and Shop Now, Pay Later purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid only if monthly dues are paid in full.

  6. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

  7. The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and The Travel Club.

  8. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

  9. The use of the Metrobank Credit Card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards. In such a dispute, The Travel Club shall have no liability.

  10. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

  11. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

  12. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

  13. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and The Travel Club, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

  14. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

  15. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
