How to avail:

a. Cardholder must only book directly at Mandarin Nest Boracay through their official channels.

b. Cardholder must inform the hotel that he/she will avail of the Metrobank promo.

c. Once booking is confirmed, a payment link will be sent to the Cardholder.

General Terms and Conditions:

a. Cardholder must use his/her Metrobank Card to pay for the booking.

b. Rates include room accommodation and breakfast buffet

c. Extra bed with breakfast is subject for availability PHP 2,000.00 per person.

d. Booking at least 24 hours prior arrival at the hotel is required.

e. Persons with Disability (PWD) and Senior citizens can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under Republic Act No. 107 and the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 and the Republic Act No. 1075, whichever is higher.

f. Promo is NOT VALID on Super Peak Dates: February 2, 2025; Holy Week Period: April 9 – April 20, 2025; La Boracay: April 26 – May 1, 2025; Halloween October 31 to November 2, 2025, December 23 to January 5, 2026, January 24, 2026.

g. Promo packages are not applicable for further discounts.

i. Full payment is required to guarantee the booking. Payment is non-refundable.

j. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

k. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

l. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, senior citizens / persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 / Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

m. The use of the Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid card in connection with this Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards.

n. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.

o. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promo.

p. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Isla Pacifico Realty Development, Inc. with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

q. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.

r. By joining or availing of this promo, the employee confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
