General Terms and Conditions:

a. Room rates are inclusive of welcome drink, daily breakfast, Value Added Tax, Service Charge, shuttle service within the resort, pool and beach access, 30-minute kayak or paddle board use, and use of gym.

b. Dining offer is exclusive to check-in guests. Valid from Sunday to Thursday.

c. Spa offer is exclusive to check-in guests only, and not applicable to day tour guests. Valid from Sunday to Thursday.

d. The promo is available for direct bookings only.

e. Standard allowable occupancies apply to selected rooms.

f. Child policy:

• Room: Children 0-11 years old is free to share a bed with parents, no extra bed set up. Full extra person charge applies to children 12 years and above, including free breakfast.
• Breakfast: 0-4 years old free of charge on breakfast. 5-11 years old will be charged 50% of breakfast rate

g. Extra person charge of PHP 1,800 per night apply, inclusive of daily breakfast.

h. The offer is not applicable for extensions of stay.

i. No cancellation but rebooking is allowed.

• Rebooking must be advised at least seven (7) days prior to check-in within the stay period.
• Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID. In case that the guest is not the Metrobank cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, Metrobank card used and government-issued ID of the cardholder must be presented.
• Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.

Other Terms and Conditions:

a. All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

b. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

c. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.

d. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.

e. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

f. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

g. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards , reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

h. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

i. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

j. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
