A. Miniloc Island Resort

The Promotion ("Promo") is open to all cardholders in good standing of Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Metrobank Prime Debit cards, and Metrobank Prepaid cards. The Promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, and YAZZ Prepaid Visa cards.
The promo period (booking period) is from March 15 to April 15, 2024. Stay period is from March 15 to May 31, 2024. Blackout dates: March 27-31, 2024 (Holy Week.)

Inclusions:

Accommodation in an air-conditioned room.
Scheduled Roundtrip land and boat transfers (LIO Airport-Resort-LIO Airport).

Use of non-motorized water sports equipment (kayak, paddleboard, etc.)

Travel insurance for guests 7 to 65 years old; optional insurance is available for guests 6 months to 6 years old.

Terms and Conditions

a. The Promo is valid for direct bookings only. Not valid for online bookings.

b. Quoted rates are for 3D2N package for 2 persons, extra adult/child rate applies in excess of 2 persons in a room;

c. Valid for a minimum booking of 2 persons for 2 nights in a room.

d. Maximum of 3 room bookings per cardholder.

e. Not valid for groups of 10 rooms and above travelling on the same dates.

f. Additional fees such as environmental fees, security deposit, etc. may apply.

g. Payment must be received within 48 hours upon booking.

Others:

a. Extra Person Policy: (in excess of 2 persons in a room):

Extra child rate (7-11 yrs.old): PHP 6,000/night;
Extra adult rate (12 yrs. old & up)- PHP 11,000/night

b. Child Policy: Kids 0-6 yrs. old – free

c. Rebooking Policy: Package is non-refundable but re-bookable within the stay period without penalty up to 8 days prior to check-in; rebooking 7 days or less prior to check-in will be forfeited.

d. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 8-21 days prior to check-in will be charged cost of one (1) night per room; cancellations 7 days or less prior to check-in will be forfeited.

e. Others: In case of acts of God, fortuitous events, or any condition beyond our control, El Nido Resorts or our carriers shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver services, nor be obligated to provide additional services. Delays and/or cancellations of flights and/or boat transfers resulting from or related to weather disturbances or as mandated by Government authorities are beyond the control of El Nido Resorts. El Nido Resorts or our carriers will not be responsible for unused rooms or missed flights and no refund will be given on account of these events.

How to avail:
- To book, Metrobank Cardholder must e-mail El Nido Resorts at holiday@elnidoresorts.com or call 0917 553 8004 / 0917 584 1576 within March 15 to April 15, 2024 with the following information: Travel dates, desired room type, number of rooms required, names and ages of persons staying, first 6-digits or last 4-digits of Metrobank credit card number with subject line:
El Nido Resorts – Miniloc x Metrobank/Cardholder’s Name
Example: El Nido Resorts – Miniloc x Metrobank/Juan de la Cruz
- El Nido Resorts will acknowledge the e-mail and send a booking confirmation with package computation and payment deadline within 48 hours upon booking.
- Travel requirements and online forms that need to be accomplished will also be sent. In case the dates preferred by the Cardholder are unavailable, El Nido Resorts shall advise and offer the next available dates.
- For payment, El Nido Resorts will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail. A Metrobank card must be used to settle the payment.
- Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking.
- Room reservation confirmation voucher will be sent to Cardholder through e-mail once payment is finalized, travel requirements were sent, and online forms are completely accomplished.
- Cardholders may pre-purchase the voucher and finalize travel dates later within the stay period.
The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card.
Metrobank credit card reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the program period. Should the cardholder receive the discount but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the discount due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promo.
Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Ten Knots Development Corporation with the concurrence of the DTI.
In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.
The terms and conditions of El Nido Resorts – Miniloc Island Resort shall apply.
