The travel dates of the tickets are subject to seat availability (“Ticket”). The reservation is designated on a first-come, first-served basis. If the available seats for the selected flights are full, please select another travel period again.
The passenger is responsible for obtaining a valid visa and fulfilling the entry requirements for the destination, if necessary.
The passenger is responsible for any applicable taxes, surcharges and other fees in relation to the Tickets.

All Tickets issued are non-reroutable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash or any other items.

The passenger who fails to board the flight will be treated as forfeiting the Ticket. Under such circumstances, rebooking is not allowed.

Notification of these changes will be communicated via email and changes in these T&Cs will be effective once notice of such changes has been communicated. In case of any disputes, HK Express reserves the right of final decision.

The promo and cashback entitlement is based on a customer level. Multiple Metrobank credit cards under the same customer number will be considered as one unique cardholder. Qualified transactions made by supplementary cardholder/s and/or other Metrobank credit card/s (if any) which share the same customer number will be combined in the number of entitled cashback/s.
