The promotion is exclusive to all cardholders in good credit standing of Metrobank Peso Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, M Free Mastercard, M Lite Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Vantage Mastercard/Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Visa Plus, Cashback Visa, PSBank Credit Mastercard, and NCCC Mastercard. The promotion is not applicable to ON Internet Mastercard, Dollar Mastercard, Dealer Financing, Corporate Mastercard, YAZZ Prepaid Visa, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.
The promo and enrollment period is from March 1 to May 31, 2025 only. The qualified first billing period is from March 1 to July 31, 2025.
To qualify for the Bills2Pay (B2P) cashback incentive, the primary cardholder must enroll one or more utility bills in the B2P auto-charge program during the promotion period. The member merchants of B2P are as follows:

Metrobank will process the B2P enrollment request with the B2P utility merchant within fifteen (15) business days, or depending on the days stated on the agreed service level with the B2P merchant, whichever is shorter.
Each B2P enrollment request will go through the validation of Metrobank and the B2P utility merchant. Meanwhile, the B2P utility merchant reserves the right to evaluate the accuracy and validity of the utility bill information provided by the cardholder.
A cardholder may earn the PHP 200 cashback for every successful B2P enrollment within the promotion period and billing within the billing period. The one-time cashback is earned on the first billed amount of each new enrollment charged to the Metrobank credit card, subject to the enrolment period and first billing cut-off period.
The first billed amount after enrolment must appear in the qualified cardholder’s statement of account (SOA) within the specified qualified first billing period illustrated in the table below. The PHP 200 cashback amount shall be credited to the cardholder’s SOA with the transaction description:
Cashback will be credited to the cardholder’s account within the month immediately succeeding the first billing period.

Billings charged after July 2025 are no longer qualified for cashback.
A cardholder will qualify for the incentive for every new enrollment within the specified promotion period. Illustrated in the table below are sample scenarios to determine the cashback incentive amount.

The cashback is non-transferrable and non-convertible to cash refund. The posted cashback transaction amount shall automatically offset the cardholder’s existing credit card balance.
Cardholder must ensure that the B2P enrollment has active billings for at least 12 months. In the event that the enrolled utility bill was cancelled or suspended for any reason which resulted in the ceasing of its monthly billing, the awarded cashback will be charged back to the cardholder’s account. This will appear in the SOA with transaction description:
A cardholder’s transaction/s and cashback/s will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes past due, delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the crediting of cashback. Metrobank will not be liable for any accrued charges to cardholder’s account arising from non-settlement of outstanding obligations.
Metrobank reserves the right to withhold the incentive for an enrolment that was cancelled within one (1) year prior the start of the promo and re-enrolled during the promo period. In any case, should the cardholder receive the incentive but is later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions and enrolments, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.
The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
Any dispute concerning the products or services by any B2P merchant shall be settled directly between the cardholder and B2P merchant.
In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.
The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
