Preliminaries

• Metrobank Mastercard credit and debit cardholders are entitled to the presale and general on sale preferred access to the TWICE <THIS IS FOR> WORLD TOUR IN BULACAN.

1. The Metrobank Mastercard Exclusive Sale of TWICE <THIS IS FOR> WORLD TOUR IN BULACAN Tickets (“Promo”) is open to all principal and supplementary Metrobank Mastercard Credit and Debit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose cards have been issued by Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co. (“Metrobank Issued Credit and Debit Cards”) or issued by any other banking or financial institution and later on acquired by or transferred to Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co. (“Metrobank Acquired Credit and Debit Cards”), have available credit limit and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruptions laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.

2. The Promo is valid only for the TWICE <THIS IS FOR> WORLD TOUR IN BULACAN on October 4, 2025 at the Philippine Arena.

   

3. The Promo details are as follows:

   • For October 4, 2025 concert tickets: Metrobank x Mastercard Presale on August 27, 2025 (10AM-11:59PM)

4. The Promo entitles the following Cardholders to avail of the Metrobank Mastercard Exclusive sale for TWICE Concert:

   • Metrobank Mastercard Credit Cardholders

   • Metrobank Mastercard Debit Cardholders

5. To avail of the Metrobank Presale:

   • Go to priceless.com/metrobank

   • Click “Find Tickets” on the TWICE Concert banner.

   • Click “Buy Ticket” and you will be directed to SM Tickets Online.

   • Make sure you are logged in to your SM Tickets account.

   • Enter the first six (6) digits of your card as the promo code.

   • Select your desired section and seat then click “Add”.

   • Review your order summary.

   • Choose your payment method: Card (Metrobank Mastercard).

   • Agree to full Terms & Conditions and Data Privacy Policy.

   • Click “Proceed to payment”.

   • Enter your payment information then click proceed.

   • Once successful, the ticket voucher will appear under My Account > My Tickets.

   • Print your ticket voucher and claim your physical ticket at any SM Ticket outlet any time before the show date.

6. Cardholders can purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets only per transaction.

7. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of purchase to his/her qualified Metrobank-issued or Metrobank-acquired card.

8. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank-issued or Metrobank-acquired card may be used per single-receipt transaction. Splitting of transaction is not allowed.

9. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services subject to a promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

10. The Promo offer is inclusive of Value Added Tax (“VAT”) and subject to applicable service charges and local taxes unless otherwise specified by partner merchant.

11. The Promo offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods and services.

• Metrobank is not an agent of SM Tickets and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. All feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to SM Tickets.

• Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Customer from the Promo, or suspension or cancellation of the Card privileges at Metrobank’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Metrobank.

• The Cardholder agrees that the continued use of the Metrobank Issued and Metrobank Acquired Credit Card shall be his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by the provisions of the Bank’s Data Privacy Statement (DPS) found at https://www.metrobank.com.ph/articles/privacy-notice.

• By availing the Promo offer, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required by SM Tickets and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms of the SM Tickets. The general terms and conditions of the SM Tickets apply.

• By joining or availing of this promotion, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promotion mechanics and its terms and conditions.

• Any amendment in the Terms and Conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) approval.

• In case of dispute with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, and fulfilment, Metrobank’s decision with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
