How to avail:

a. E-mail a copy of the Metrobank card and government-issued ID to be used (front portion) for verification to avail of the promo offer.

b. Place the subject line as: Metrobank Deals Promo/name/check-in date. (e.g., Metrobank Deals Promo/Juan Dela Cruz/05-10-2021)

c. Upon verification, Nurture Wellness Village shall send a Statement of Account or Confirmation Notice with payment link and instructions via e-mail.

d. Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to confirm the booking; otherwise, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.

e. The confirmation voucher must be presented upon checking-in together with valid IDs for all guests.

f. If cardholder is not present during the check-in, guests must present the cardholder’s ID and a signed authorization letter allowing the guests to check-in on behalf of the cardholder.

General Terms and Conditions:

a. Prior reservation is required and shall be made two (2) weeks ahead of the preferred stay date otherwise the payment made will be forfeited.

b. All reservations are considered tentative until Nurture Wellness Village receives the required payment.

c. The booking made is non-refundable and cannot be modified.

Other Terms and Conditions:

a. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

b. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

c. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, senior citizens / persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 / Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

d. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.

e. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.

f. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promo.

g. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Nurture Wellness Village Inc. with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

h. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.

i. By joining or availing of this promo, the employee confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
