A. Accommodation

• The promo is available for direct bookings only. Prior reservation is required.

• Rate is inclusive of access to The Linden Suites’ Health Club (indoor heated pool, gym, and sauna), One (1) complimentary parking slot, room amenities, Value Added Tax and Service Charge.

• Standard allowable occupancies per room type applies.

• Extra person charge of P1,500.00 net per person, per night applies, inclusive of extra bed.

• Kids aged twelve (12) years old and below are free of charge if bed sharing with adults. Maximum of two (2) kids only are allowed per room.

• Rebooking notice must be given at least twenty-four (24) hours before arrival, subject to availability, and rebooked dates should be within promo and stay period, otherwise, the foregoing promo rate will no longer apply.

• Automatic cancellation will apply in case of no-show or failure to arrive and no refund will be given. Reservation is also non-refundable once guaranteed.

B. Dining

• Applicable for dine-in transactions only.

• Promo is valid for check-in and walk-in guests.

• Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

C. General Terms and Conditions:

• Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum spend requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank card through The Linden Suites’ Point-Of-Sale terminal.

• Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified Metrobank card.

• Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID. In case that the guest is not the Metrobank cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, Metrobank card used and government-issued ID of the cardholder must be presented.

• Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and The Linden Suites.

In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards. In such a dispute, The Linden Suites’ shall have no liability.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s card account.

Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and The Linden Suites’, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
