How to Avail:

b. Choose stay dates from the date selector.

c. In the upper-right corner, input the promo code: MHEREONLINE

d. Click "check availability".

e. Choose Deluxe or Club room under Best Available Rate, then click “Reserve”.

f. Enter required details and click, “Continue”.

g. Enter your Metrobank credit/debit card details and click, “Book now”.

h. Once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be emailed to the Cardholder.

i. Cardholder to present the Metrobank credit card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in.

General Terms and Conditions:

a. Room Inclusions: Overnight accommodation and breakfast for 2 pax; Club lounge access for two (2) persons for guests who will book a Club room.

c. Room rates are for single/double occupancy

d. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults; 2 kids aged 12 below; extra person rate applies in excess thereof

e. A Metrobank cardholder can book up to three (3) bookings at a time per card.

f. Payment Terms: Full payment (non-refundable) is required.

g. Extra Person Policy: PHP 2,000/person with breakfast

h. Child Policy: 12 yrs. old & below – FREE bed sharing

i. Rebooking Refund/Cancellation Policy: All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable but are rebookable within the stay period.

j. In the event that guests fail to arrive at the hotel, it will be considered a No-Show, and no refund will be provided.

k. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.
