The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank Corporate Card, Metrobank Prepaid and ON Internet Mastercard.

Qualified cardholders can get 20% OFF on a mystery game with a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of seven (7) players at participating Mystery Manila branches using their Metrobank Credit and Debit Cards.

The promo period is from March 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026. Blackout dates apply during weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and government mandated holidays.

General Terms and Conditions:

a. The Promo is applicable on weekdays and for walk-in transactions only.

b. The Promo is not valid during weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and government mandated holidays.

c. Offer is valid for a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of seven (7) players per mystery game.

d. Players can choose from the following mystery games at the participating branches:

• Century City Mall – Sinister Room, Pym Particle, Debby’s Doll, Crime of the Century, Mutants Mission, Alien Assault and Rebecca’s Return.
• Eastwood Branch – Tragedy on the Train, School of Sorcery, Dark Dimension, and Witch of the Woods.
• Podium Mall: Level 5, Podium Mall, 12 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, 1550 Metro Manila, Philippines

e. Price per person varies on the number of players inside the mystery room.

f. Metrobank cardholders will be given 50 minutes to solve the mystery game.

g. Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit or debit card through Mystery Manila’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

h. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit and/or debit card will be accepted per team, per visit, per day, even if the players has multiple qualified Metrobank cards.

All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards , reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Mystery Manila, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
