How to avail:

a. To book, Metrobank Cardholder must contact directly Epic Suites Bohol at 0947 158 5858 or e-mail epicsuitesbohol@gmail.com with the following information: travel dates, room type number of rooms, names and age of guests, and first 4 digits of Metrobank card to be used with subject line: Epic Suites x Metrobank/Cardholder’s Name (e.g. Epic Suites x Metrobank/Juan dela Cruz).

b. Epic Suites will acknowledge the e-mail and send a booking confirmation with package computation and payment deadline within 48 hours upon booking.

c. Epic Suites will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail. A Metrobank card must be used to settle the payment. Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking. A confirmation voucher will be emailed to the Cardholder after payment is finalized.

d. Upon check-in, Cardholder to present the Metrobank card used for payment together with one (1) government-issued ID.

General Terms and Conditions:

a. Inclusions - Overnight accommodation in an air-conditioned room based on standard capacity/room and breakfast for two persons.

b. For direct bookings only via email or call. The promo is not valid for online bookings.

c. Extra Person Rate - PHP 2,000/person/night with breakfast.

d. Child Policy - Kids below 14 years old are NOT allowed.

e. Rebooking Policy – No Rebooking.

f. Cancellation Policy – Not allowed.

g. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

h. In the purchase of good and services which are on the promotional discount, senior citizens/persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010/Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

i. The use of the Metrobank Card in connection with this Promotion is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards.

j. Metrobank Card reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

k. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise resort to instances where they are applicable in this Promotion.

l. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Promotion shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Bohol Social Resort Corporation – Epic Suites by Bohol Social Club with the concurrence of the DTI.

m. In case of dispute in respect to Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.

n. By joining or availing of this Promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions and Metrobank’s Privacy Policy.
