GENERAL MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa and Travel Signature Visa in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, Prepaid cards and YAZZ Prepaid Visa cards.

2. Promo will run from December 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

3. Use your Metrobank Mastercard credit card to enjoy the following:

   • Up to 50% OFF on select items for straight transactions

   • Up to 40% OFF on select items for 0% installment up to 24 months.

4. Promo is applicable in all SM Appliance Center including online store for straight transactions and promo is applicable in SM Appliance Center physical stores only for 0% installment transactions.

5. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

6. Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting of transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

7. Full installment amount under the Metrobank 0% installment program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.

8. All installment purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program. All installment purchase/s are only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.

9. The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards. In such a dispute, SM Store shall have no liability.

10. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the cashback, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

11. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

12. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

13. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and SM Appliance, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

14. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

15. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
