Promo Mechanics

  1. The promo is open only to all cardholders in good standing of Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa and Travel Platinum Visa. Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid cards are applicable for straight transactions only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard and YAZZ Prepaid Visa cards.

  2. Qualified cardholders can avail of the following offers at Best Western Hotel Metro Clark when using their Metrobank debit, credit and prepaid cards:

    • 25% OFF on accommodations, applicable on any room type
    • 10% OFF on food bundle purchase
    • 0% installment for 3 months, plus Stay Now, Pay Later up to 90 days after – valid for credit card only
  3. Promo period is from September 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024 only.

  4. A surcharge of PHP 1,000 per night applicable during identified peak dates: Christmas season (December 16 to January 8, 2024).

  5. The promo is available at Best Western Hotel Metro Clark located Savers Mall, McArthur Highway, Balibago Angeles City.

  6. To avail the promo in the hotel, the cardholder must charge the total purchase amount to his/her qualified Metrobank card through the store’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards.

  7. To avail the promo via phone or email, the cardholder must follow these steps:

    • Contact reservations@bestwesternplusmetroclark.com or info@bestwesternplusmetroclark.com for email bookings and 0917 637 2423/+63 45 409 999 for phone bookings.

    • Inform via email that cardholder will be availing the promo with Metrobank.

    • State booking details including guest stay dates, number of persons, etc.

    • Confirmation of reservation on email will be via Booking Confirmation Voucher.

    • Enter card details on the payment link given. Link is valid for 3 days.

    • Take a screenshot of the payment transaction and send to reservations@bestwesternplusmetroclark.com.

    • Present the card used in booking upon arrival in the hotel.

  8. Other terms and conditions:

    a. Prior reservation is required.

    b. Promo is subject to the hotel's blackout dates and other declared long weekends and holidays.

    c. Free rebooking and cancellation within 7 day notice prior the check-in date.

    d. Reservation team should be advised in writing 7 days prior to the new check in date, less that 7 days will be considered cancelled/no show.

    e. For cancellation or no-show, a written notice must be sent to Best Western Hotel Metro Clark at least 5 days before guests’ scheduled arrival. If not, your advance payment will deduct an equivalent of one room night stay.

    f. Free cancellation with a full refund if canceled up to fourteen days (14) before arrival. Cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days before the check-in date will be charged 100% of the full amount. Cancellation shall be made in writing.

    g. Maximum occupancy per room category is 2 adults and 2 kids or 4 persons.

    h. Discounts under this promo cannot be combined with any other promos.

    i. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. delivery charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

  10. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

  11. The discount under this promo is not convertible to cash or cannot be exchanged for any other items.

  12. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is applicable.

  13. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

  14. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

  15. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

  16. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

  17. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Best Western Hotel Metro Clark, with the concurrence of the DTI. Best Western Hotel Metro Clark agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

  18. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

  19. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
