The Metrobank Debit Exclusive Raffle Promo will run within the duration of the Metrobank Travel Fair, from April 26 to 28, 2024 (“promo period”).
The promo is open to all Metrobank Prime Debit cardholders who will purchase at any participating merchant partner at the Metrobank Travel Fair and whose mobile numbers are contactable and registered* with Metrobank.
*To receive the prize from this promo, cardholder must ensure that the mobile number registered with the bank is updated and active. To be included in future Metrobank promotions and communications, cardholder needs to update his/her contact information by visiting any Metrobank branch or by following the instructions in this link: https://metrobank.com.ph/articles/update-your-info.
Qualified cardholders will get one e-raffle entry for a chance to win PHP 5,000 worth of The Travel Club vouchers (“Treats”) upon a minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 6,000.
A total of 55 winners will be chosen from the qualified entries via a one-time e-raffle.
The cardholder should visit the Metrobank Travel Fair from April 26 to 28, 2024 at the Glorietta Activity Center.
To qualify for the raffle, the Metrobank Debit cardholder must purchase at least PHP 6,000 in a single-receipt transaction using Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard from any merchant partner at the Metrobank Travel Fair.
For a single-receipt transaction of at least PHP 6,000, a cardholder will automatically get one e-raffle entry for a chance to win PHP 5,000 worth of Treats which can be redeemed at any participating The Travel Club store nationwide.
List of winners will be published through the Metrobank official website on or before May 20, 2024.
Individual winners will be notified via SMS and registered mail containing the 9-digit alphanumeric Treats code on or before May 20, 2024.
The e-raffle draw will be on May 10, 2024 at Metrobank Office - Ground Floor Cluster 3, The Shops BGC, Grand Central Park, 7th Avenue corner 36th and 38th Streets, North Bonifacio District, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
The e-raffle draw will be conducted with the supervision of a representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
The e-raffle winners will be randomly selected through an online e-raffle draw.
The e-raffle winners will be notified via their registered mobile numbers on or before May 20, 2024.
Once the SMS notification has been received from Metrobank, the winner may simply present the SMS with the Treats code to the participating Travel Club store for verification.
The winner must inform the store frontliner that s/he want to claim Treats.
Item/s purchased using Treats will only be released after the code has been verified by the store.
If the purchase price exceeds the value of Treats, the excess amount will have to be paid by the winner. If the Treats are redeemed for less than PHP 5,000, the excess amount will no longer be valid or carried over in the next purchase.

As required by the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”), the names, addresses, and mobile numbers of the winners will be submitted to DTI for verification purposes. Additionally, the names of the winners will be published on our website, as mandated.

The promo is valid for cardholders who have met the purchase requirement from any participating merchant partner within the duration of the Metrobank Travel Fair.
Splitting of transactions is prohibited and will be ineligible for a raffle entry.
A cardholder can only win once throughout the promo period.
The Travel Club Treats code can only be redeemed once and applied as discount upon purchase at participating merchant stores until August 9, 2024 (“redemption period”).
The vouchers are transferable but non-convertible to cash or any other product. Once the voucher codes have been provided by Metrobank, the responsibility of redemption and possible transfer will be passed unto the cardholder while the fulfillment will be the accountability of The Travel Club.
All cancelled orders by cardholders will not be valid for re-claiming of voucher codes.
Metrobank employees and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity and other third-party agencies directly involved on this promo are not qualified to participate in the promo.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously awarded cardholder for reasons related to customer eligibility. If a cardholder receives Treats but is later determined to be ineligible due to disputes arising from (but not limited to) erroneous, invalid, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions, Metrobank may charge the cost of the Treats to the cardholder's debit card account following an investigation of the dispute
Metrobank is not an agent of The Travel Club and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. All feedback regarding quality of the goods and services provided by The Travel Club shall be directed to The Travel Club.
The use of Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard.
