How to avail:
a. For Phone or Email bookings, you may reach us thru the following or the given contact numbers and email address.
b. Please make sure to inform through call or email that you wish to avail the current promo for Card Holders for us to be able to extend the benefits and requirements.
c. The following information will be needed when you are making your reservations:
d. If room is available on the preferred dates of stay, we will confirm your reservations by sending you an email with the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
e. In the Booking Confirmation Voucher that you will receive, you will find an Online Payment Link that you will access in order to settle your room reservations using your Credit or Debit Card.
f. Once payment is done, please make sure to take a screenshot of the transaction and email it to our reservations officer for us to verify the transaction.
g. Upon arrival, you will be required to present the actual card you used in paying your room reservations. Please be advised that the card holder and guest name must be the same.
h. If in any case you fail to present the actual card upon check-in, the promo/discount will not apply, and you will be asked to pay the applicable rate without the discount.
a. Blackout dates apply on January 1-5, 2025, January 28 – February 3, 2025, April 17-20, 2025 and May 1-5, 2025
b. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offer/s must be settled at the property.
c. Bookings can be revised and cancelled 72 hours before arrival date. Cancellation charges will apply for revision and cancellation made less than 72 hours prior arrival date.
d. Failure to arrive at the hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and with no refund.
e. Present the Metrobank Card used in the booking upon check-in.
f. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

h. Rebooking Policy: Re-booking of rooms will apply within 6 months from original date of departure. Package cost shall be subject to adjustments based on prevailing rates during the new travel date.
i. Cancellation Policy/No-show:
No-shows on the day of arrival will likewise be charged the entire stay
For in-house guests who decide to shorten their stay, payment for the unused nights shall be non-refundable
Seven (7) days cancellation prior to arrival will not be allowed, unless due to emergency reason with proper documentation like medical certificate.
j. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.
k. The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
l. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
m. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, senior citizens / persons with disability can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 / Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, if applicable, whichever is higher.
