General Terms and Conditions:

Accommodation

a. The promo is available for direct bookings only.

b. Standard check in is 3pm. Standard check out is 12nn.

c. The promo is inclusive of the following:

• welcome drinks
• use of resort facilities: infinity pool, Swim Up Bar, beach, Fitness Gym, and high speed unlimited internet
• complimentary coffee and tea-making facility
• free use of regular kayak, beach volleyball, and frisbee
• buffet breakfast for two (2) at Mangaon Ta restaurant
• free 30-minute photo shoot session, prior reservation is required
• Value Added Tax, and Service Charge
• Mandatory meals for special events such as Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve and Chinese New Year shall be applied.

d. Allowable occupancies per room apply.

• Three (3) adults;
• Two (2) adults and one (1) kid;
• Two (2) adults and two (2) kids;

e. Extra person rate applies.

• Third adult per room shall be charged P2,500.00 net per night, inclusive of breakfast without extra bed
• Third adult per room shall be charged P3,000.00 net per night, with breakfast and extra bed

f. Children aged six (6) years old and below (maximum of two) sharing room with parents using existing bed set-up, stay and eat buffet breakfast for free, when dining with parents.

g. Children 7-11 years old, sharing room with parents, using existing bed set-up, stay for free and shall be charged P1,000.00 net inclusive of breakfast and amenities.

h. The offer is not applicable for extensions of stay.

i. Change of stay dates and cancellation varies per season, provided the new stay date is still within the stay period. If new stay date is outside of the booking and stay period, the foregoing offer will no longer apply.

j. Peak Season (July 15, 2025 to August 15, 2025, December 1 to 31, 2025, February 1 to 28, 2026): 30 days prior to arrival is free, 29 days and below is subject to full booking amount charge;

k. Lean Season: 15 days prior to arrival is free, 14 to 8 days is subject to one- night charge, 7 days and below is subject to full booking amount charge.

l. Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID. In case that the guest is not the Metrobank cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, Metrobank card used and government-issued ID of the cardholder must be presented.

m. Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.

Other Terms and Conditions

a. Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promotion.

b. Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank Card through Modala Beach Resort’s Point-Of-Sale terminal or official payment link provided.

c. Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified Metrobank Card.

d. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

e. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

f. The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and Modala Beach Resort.

g. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

h. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards. In such a dispute, Modala Beach Resort shall have no liability.

i. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the incentive, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s card account.

j. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

k. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

l. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Modala Beach Resort, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

m. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

n. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
