   • Prior reservation is required.
   • Metrobank Cardholders are entitled for a cashback in a form of a discount voucher when they avail of a tour package.
   • A physical copy of the voucher will be issued upon full payment or once the payment has been cleared by our bank. If paid via credit card and has been fully processed, the discount voucher will be provided immediately. For payments made via bank transfer or wire transfer, issuance will be subject to clearance by Amkor’s accounting team.
   • The discount voucher issued under this promotion has no fixed expiration date unless explicitly stated in special promotions or marketing campaigns. Its validity is subject to changes in Amkor Travel & Tours Inc.’s policies and applicable Philippine laws. The company reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the voucher’s validity at any time, with changes communicated in writing or via the official website.
   • The discount voucher may only be redeemed in person at Amkor Travel & Tours Inc.’s head office: RM 108, West City Plaza Building, #66 West Avenue, Quezon City, or through the redemption instructions provided at the time of booking. Only the original recipient can redeem the discount voucher, and valid government-issued identification may be required. Online redemption is not allowed unless explicitly stated in the discount voucher’s terms.
   • The original, undamaged discount voucher must be presented at redemption. Photocopies, digital copies, altered, defaced, or tampered vouchers will not be honored. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
   • The discount voucher is valid for a single transaction. Any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be carried over, transferred, or used for future transactions. Partial redemptions are not allowed unless specified in the discount voucher’s terms.
   • The discount voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or converted into financial credit. Any unauthorized use, resale, or exchange for monetary compensation will render the discount voucher void.
   • The discount voucher may only be applied to eligible travel services provided by Amkor Travel & Tours Inc., subject to availability and company policies. Blackout dates, peak seasons, and additional terms may apply. It cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs unless explicitly stated. Taxes, surcharges, and additional fees are not covered unless specified.
   • Amkor Travel & Tours Inc. will not replace lost, stolen, or misplaced vouchers. The recipient is responsible for its safekeeping.
   • Once redeemed, the voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable. If a booking made with the voucher is canceled—either by the customer or due to external factors—the voucher is forfeited and cannot be reinstated or exchanged for another service.
   • The discount voucher is transferable to another person but may not be resold, bartered, or used in unauthorized commercial transactions. Unauthorized resale or transfer will void the voucher.
   • A physical voucher is issued only upon full payment verification. For credit card payments, issuance occurs after transaction processing. For bank transfers or other methods, issuance follows payment verification by the company’s accounting department. The company reserves the right to revoke any voucher suspected of fraudulent activity.
   • Discount vouchers can only be used in the next booking transaction after the availed travel date. They are not convertible to cash and may be applied only to future transactions with Amkor Travel & Tours Inc. unless stated otherwise, discount vouchers do not expire.
   • If a booked trip is canceled, the corresponding cashback voucher is voided and cannot be redeemed, reinstated, or converted into any form of monetary compensation.
   • Any fraudulent activity, misuse, or manipulation of the voucher will result in its immediate invalidation and may lead to legal action. The company reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and withhold voucher redemptions.
   • Amkor Travel & Tours Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the official website and take effect immediately upon publication. It is the recipient’s responsibility to review updates regularly.
   • By participating in this Discount Voucher promotion, recipients agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Notice published on Amkor Travel & Tours Inc.’s official website. Continued use of the voucher constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
   • Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount of the booking/s to their qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card.
   • Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.
   • Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified card.

CONSTELLATION TRAVELS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Nonrefundable, deposit fee is required to reserve your slot. Full cancellation charge shall be applied for any cancellation made after finalization of the booking.

2. Surcharge may apply if less than group size. Once we were not able to materialize the required number, client may opt to refund or choose other departure dates.

3. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

4. Blackout dates: December 20 to 31, 2025.

D’ WORLD SPECIALISTS TRAVEL TOURS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Rates quoted are based on per person only, based on twin sharing rooms. Other room requirement is subject to applicable rate and available upon request.

2. Rates reflected are based on USD currency. PHP equivalent/payment will have an additional of P1.00 upon conversion.

3. All tours are valid for minimum of 30 pax. If the total group size is lower than 30pax, applicable surcharge will apply.

4. Tour inclusions and exclusions are stated on each tour package.

5. The 50% deposit requirement is non-refundable one (1) month from the tour date should the passenger decides to cancel.

6. Refund due to visa denial, medical reason or death shall be processed upon submission of supporting documents.
