Where in Makati Shangri-La hotel is the event?

• Ground Floor, in Makati and Manila Halls.

Who can attend the Great Watch Sale?

• October 4 to 6, 2024 is open to all Metrobank cardholders. October 3, 2024 is exclusive to Metrobank Mastercard World, Travel Platinum Visa, and Private Wealth Customers only.

What time will it open?

• Event is open from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Last call to accept cardholders to register and enter the event is at 7:00 PM.

What should I bring?

• Cardholders are required to present their Metrobank credit card to enter the event.

Is there free parking available?

• None. Pay parking is available in the hotel and in nearby establishments: Greenbelt, Glorietta, 6750 Ayala Avenue, The Link, and more.

Can I go more than once to the event?

• Yes. There is no limit on the number of times a cardholder can attend the event, and no limit on the number of purchases as long as it is within their credit limit and the T&Cs of their Metrobank credit card.

• Yes, offers can be combined.

How many Lucerne watch brands are included in the discount offer?

• Over 40 participating watch brands.

Are the offers also available in Lucerne stores?

• No, offers are available only at the Great Watch Sale.

Will other payments be accepted?

• Only Metrobank credit card is the available payment option.

Can we request for watch strap adjustments in the event?

• No. However, free watch adjustments will be accommodated at the Lucerne Service Center in 6750 Retail Arcade, Ayala Avenue, across Makati Shangri-la. Cardholder should just present the receipt to prove that the purchase was made during the Great Watch Sale.

What if I want to purchase more items during the event but I exceeded my credit limit?

• Cardholders may check if they are eligible for a credit limit increase at the Customer Service booth inside the event.

PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is applicable to all Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, and Travel Platinum Visa credit cardholders in good standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Prime, Elite, Premier + Debit, Prepaid and YAZZ Prepaid Visa cards.

2. Enjoy up to 55% OFF on select SWISS watch brands at the Lucerne Great Watch Sale, plus 0% installment up to 12 months and Shop Now, Pay Later up to 90 days after.

3. Promo period is from October 3 to 6, 2024 only.

4. October 3, 2024: Exclusive to Metrobank World Mastercard, Visa Travel Platinum, and Private Wealth customers only.

5. October 4 to 6, 2024: Open to all Metrobank credit cardholders.

6. Full installment amount purchased shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available limit.

7. All installment items and corresponding installment terms are subject governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card and all related provisions of the Metrobank credit card 0% installment programs.

8. All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.

9. The promo cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items.

10. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions.

11. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the offer, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the offer shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

12. The Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

13. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Lucerne with the concurrence of the DTI. Lucerne agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

14. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.

15. By joining or availing this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
