The promo is open only to all cardholders in good credit standing of Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Travel Signature Visa and Metrobank Prime Debit Cards. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank and Metrobank Prepaid, ON Virtual Mastercard, and YAZZ Prepaid Visa Cards.

Promo period is from March 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025 only. No blackout dates.

General Terms and Conditions:

a. The Promo is valid for walk-in and in-store purchase only. Online purchase and bookings are not eligible for this promo.

b. The Promo is applicable for a minimum of three (3) Splat Sessions in a single transaction.

c. The promo is not valid to avail of the Kids Paint Free Package.

d. Children under ten (10) years old must be accompanied by an adult.

e. Only participants in a splatter room session are allowed inside the studio. Supervising adults accompanying their children must comply with the Peer Charge policy.

f. All bookings made under this promo are final and non-refundable.

g. If the cardholder needs to reschedule his/her session, standard rescheduling policies apply, and any rescheduling fees will be calculated based on the original, non-discounted price.

h. The Splat Room reserves the right to refuse the promo discount if the transaction does not meet the terms and conditions.

i. Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit or debit card through Splat Room’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

j. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit or debit card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank cards.

k. Split payments or partial payments using other methods will not qualify for the discount.

l. Payments must be made directly through the Metrobank credit or debit card. Payments via third-party apps (e.g. digital wallets linked to Metrobank cards) will not qualify for the discount.

The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit and Debit Cards.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit and Debit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Splat Room with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall not be responsible for any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
