The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard and ON Virtual Mastercard cards.

Qualified cardholders can avail of any of the following offers at Rosa Clará when using their Metrobank Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards:

• FREE 1 wedding accessories set worth PHP 5,000 with no minimum spend required. Valid for both straight transactions and installment transactions.

• 10% OFF on wedding gowns and formal gowns (excluding accessories) with no minimum spend required; OR

• 0% Installment up to 6 months (valid for 3 and 6 months) on wedding gowns (excluding accessories), with a minimum 60% down payment. The 40% balance payment must be settled via straight transaction.

Promo period is from June 1, 2025 to August 31, 2025 only.

To avail the promo, the cardholder must charge the total purchase amount to his/her qualified Metrobank card through the store’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank Cards.

Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant installment transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. Presumption of split transactions is having 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

0% Installment Terms and Conditions:

• Full installment amount under the Metrobank 0% installment program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.

• All installment purchases are subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.

• All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.

Other Terms and Conditions:

a. The FREE 1 wedding accessories set includes:

• Two pillows (one for rings, and one for coins)

• One secondary veil (to be used by a secondary sponsor to place on the bride and groom)

• One cord (to be used by the secondary sponsor)

b. The 10% OFF discount is not applicable to the 60% down payment and the 40% balance payment.

c. The 10% OFF discount does not apply to accessories or other items, including but not limited to veils, jackets, hairpieces, jewelry, shoes, or men's accessories.

d. The 40% balance payment is applies to straight transactions only.

e. The 40% balance payment, after the 60% down payment, is due upon the arrival of the gown from Spain or the bride’s first fitting, when alterations begin.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount and or freebies, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount and or freebies shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.

Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Rosa Clará, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
