How to avail:

a. Visit www.flexispot.ph website to browse products.

b. Click messenger icon to place order details via website CSR.

c. Once order is confirmed, Website CSR will provide the PayMongo payment link including total amount and order number to avail the promo.

d. On the payment link, input amount and order number from the website CSR.

e. Select “Visa or Mastercard” as mode of payment and fill out card details, contact and billing information.

f. Click “Complete Payment” to complete the purchase.

Other Terms and Conditions:

a. Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified card.

b. Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing coupon code of “FLEXISPOT” on the website.

c. Promo is applicable on all items including currently on sale or marked-down items.

d. Minimum spend of PHP 30,000 is required to avail the promo.

e. The terms of service and other policies of “FLEXISPOT” website shall apply. 

By availing of this promo, the cardholder agrees and consents that his/her personal data (e.g. name, address, card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) may be collected, processed and stored by “FLEXISPOT” subject to its data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo. 

All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. shipping fee, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.  

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided. 

Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant installment transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. Presumption of split transactions is having 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.  

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo. 

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and “FLEXISPOT”, with the concurrence of the DTI. “FLEXISPOT” agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.  

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
