The Promo is open only to all cardholders in good credit standing of Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa and Metrobank Prime Debit. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Prepaid and YAZZ Prepaid Visa Cards.

Qualified cardholders can 10% OFF on total bill at Café JangGeum using their Metrobank Credit or Debit Cards.

a. Promo is applicable for dine-in and take-out transactions only.

b. Promo does not apply to orders made from third party food delivery services.

c. Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit or debit card through Café JangGeum’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

d. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit or debit card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit or debit cards.

e. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

f. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Café JangGeum and Metrobank.

g. Parties, private functions and events are excluded from the promo.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

The use of the Metrobank credit and debit card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit and debit cards.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount/free item, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount/free item shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit and debit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Café JangGeum, with the concurrence of the DTI.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
