Promo Mechanics

The Promo is open to all cardholders in good credit standing of Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa and Travel Platinum Visa only. The Promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, Prepaid cards and YAZZ Prepaid Visa. Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Metrobank credit cards which are not on hold for being reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

Promo is valid from April 15, 2023 to April 30, 2023 only.

Qualified cardholders can enjoy 10% cashback for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 20,000 at select shows and concert ticket merchants using their Metrobank credit card. Cashback is capped at PHP 3,000 and valid for one-time availment per cardholder only, regardless of whether customer has multiple cards with Metrobank.

Qualified spend includes only online, mail order or telephone order straight transactions made at the following online ticket-selling merchants via their websites:

Transactions through other channels or platforms such as point of sale or call and delivery are not applicable and will not be honored for this promo. Metrobank reports will be the final source of qualified transactions based on the included websites above-mentioned.

Transactions made by supplementary cardholders will be tagged under their respective principal credit cardholders’ accounts.

The cashback earned will be credited to principal cardholders’ account within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period.

Cashback earned by a supplementary cardholder from this promo will be automatically counted for the principal cardholder and will be credited to the principal cardholder’s account.

The cashback earned under this promo will be reflected in the cardholder’s Statement of Account with the transaction description: 10% Cashback on Concert Tickets.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the cashback, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the offer due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI.

Any dispute concerning the products or services availed from the merchants shall be settled directly between the cardholder and merchant.

In case of dispute concerning Metrobank and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
