Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 NN.

Above rates are good for two adults; net per room/night for a min. of 3 nights.

Promo is valid for direct bookings by call or email only. NOT valid for online bookings.

Upon check-in, guest must present the Metrobank credit Card used for payment together with a valid government-issued ID card.

Bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable but re-bookable within the stated travel validity.

Not applicable to corporate rates/bookings.

Extra Person Rate: PHP 6,300 net/pax for 3 nights inclusive of daily breakfast and roundtrip airport transfers

Rebooking Policy: Rebooking is allowed within the booking period.

Cancellation Policy:

• Super Peak Season: 30 days before arrival date: 100%; 31 days or later: 1-night charge
• High & Low Season: 15 days before arrival date - 100%; 16 days or later: 1 night charge 
• Bookings cancelled due to fortuitous events, force majeure, governments restrictions, can be re-scheduled but not refunded.

No-Show Policy: Super Peak & High Season (Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year - full charge; Low Season - 1 night charge
