Smart Holidays with Metrobank

Eligibility
The promotion is open to all Smart subscribers who are existing Metrobank clients with current or savings account, except employees of Smart Communications and Metrobank, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.

Promo Duration
Promo will run from November 10, 2024 to January 10, 2025.

How to Participate

• For every purchase of Smart regular load via the Metrobank Online App during the promo period, clients are entitled to the following:

• Participants will be notified via SMS regarding their total no. of raffle entries on the 17th of January 2025.

Raffle Draw Mechanics

• All valid raffle entries received within the promo period will be included in the draw.
• The raffle draw will be held on the 24th of January 2025, 9:00am at Makati City, in the presence of a DTI representative.
• Raffle entries will be electronically drawn using random selection.
• The following prizes will be drawn:
  • Grand Prize: One (1) Macbook
  • Consolation Prizes: One (1) iPhone 11 64gb & three (3) Smart Pocket Wifi
• A participant can only win once in the raffle draw.

Announcement of Winners

• Winners will be notified on the 7th of February 2025 via registered mail, email, SMS, and phone call.

Claiming of Prizes

• Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Smart Communications with prior approval of DTI.
• Winners must present a valid government-issued ID, and the SMS or email from Metrobank.
• Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
• All taxes, fees, and expenses related to the prizes shall be shouldered by Smart Communications.

• Grand Prize: MacBook Air 13-inch M2 Chip 8-Core CPU 8-Core GPU 8GB - 256GB (Color: Starlight)
• Consolation Prizes:
  • One (1) iPhone 11 64gb (Color: White)
  • Three (3) Smart Bro pocket wifi with charger and bundle sim

General Conditions

• The decision of Metrobank and Smart Communications in concurrence with DTI will be final with respect to all matters related to the promotion.
• By joining the promo, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal information for purposes of administering the raffle, as well as future promotions, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Control Measures

• Only transactions that are made through the new Metrobank App would qualify for the raffle. Buy Load/Send Load transactions through other digital platforms (e.g. Metrobank Online) would not merit the raffle promo.
• Raffle entries for each customer shall be encoded in an Excel file, and would be assigned a specific no. for each entry. Chronological order of entries shall be based on the pulled data provided by Metrobank’s Decision Management group.
• The total no. of entries would be inputted in a random number generator website (random.org) to determine the winners. Raffle draw requires a DTI representative to witness the draw.
