Promo Mechanics

  1. The promo is open only to all cardholders in good credit standing of Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa and Metrobank Prime Debit Cards. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard and Prepaid and YAZZ Prepaid Visa Cards.

  2. Promo and booking period are from November 15, 2023 to May 15, 2024 only. Stay period is from November 15, 2023 to May 31, 2024 only.

    Blackout dates apply on November 30, December 8, 23, 24, 25, 30 and 31, 2023, January 1, February 10 to 13, March 27 to 30, April 1 and May 1, 2024 only.

    • Cardholder to provide complete booking details and mention that they will avail of Metrobank card promo;
    • After the booking process, a confirmation letter will be sent via email with payment details;
    • Upon check-in, present the confirmation letter, and a valid ID.

    Note: By making a booking under this promo, the cardholder consents to sharing his/her personal data (e.g. name, address, card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) to The Bellevue Manila, and the same shall be subject to its terms and conditions and data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo.

  6. Terms and Conditions:

    Accommodation

    a. Room rates are inclusive of the following:

    • Daily Breakfast for Two (2) Persons at Qsina.
    • Complimentary use of swimming pool and gym facilities.
    • Complimentary daily shuttle service to nearby Alabang commercial and financial districts, available from 11am to 7pm only.
    • Valued Added Tax and Service Charge.

    b. The promo is available for direct bookings only. Prior reservation is required.

    c. Maximum of two (2) adults are allowed per room only. One (1) child 12 years old and below is free of charge with no additional bedding arrangement, breakfast is not included.

    d. Cardholders can book up to two (2) rooms per day only.

    e. The offer is not applicable for extensions of stay.

    f. Notice of cancellation must be received no later than seventy two (72) hours (Philippine time) prior to the guest’s arrival.

    g. No penalty for modifications and cancellations made at least seven (7) days prior to arrival.

    h. If cancelled within three (3) days before arrival, a one-night penalty will be charged.

    i. For same-day cancellation, a full stay will be charged. The same applies for no show/non-arrival on the actual date of check-in.

    Food and Beverages

    a. Weekend buffet is available every Friday and Saturday only. Advance reservation is required.

    b. Value added tax and service charge are excluded in the promo.

    c. No capping on the discount.

    General Terms and Conditions:

    a. Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum spend requirement (if applicable) and charge the total amount of the booking/s or purchase to their qualified Metrobank credit or debit card.

    b. Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified card.

    c. Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID. In case that the guest is not the Metrobank cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, Metrobank card used and government-issued ID of the cardholder must be presented.

    d. Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.

  7. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

  8. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

  9. The use of the Metrobank credit and debit card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit and debit cards.

  10. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo, booking or stay period. Should a cardholder receive the discount/s, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount/s shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

  11. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit and debit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

  12. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and The Bellevue Manila, with the concurrence of the DTI, and Metrobank shall be free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

  13. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.

  14. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
