The Promotion is open to all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, and ON Virtual Mastercard. The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, YAZZ Prepaid Visa, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.
The promo period is from November 1 to December 31, 2024 only.
Qualified cardholder can get the following discounts when he or she uses his or her Metrobank credit card at Agoda app or www.agoda.com/metrobank:
To qualify for the promo, a principal cardholder must have his or her mobile number updated in Metrobank’s database and is required to register in the promo. No or late registration means no cashback will be credited to cardholders’ account.
Registration via the One Giftaway Website
a. Visit https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift
b. Log-in your mobile number found in Metrobank’s database
c. In the Available Promos section, click “2024 Q4 Agoda Cashback” and enter mobile to register in the promo.
d. A successful SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration.
Registration via the Metrobank Website
a. Visit Metrobank website at www.metrobank.com.ph
b. Scroll down and click the Promos button
c. Search for “PHP 2,500 cashback on Agoda”
d. Visit https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift
e. Log-in your mobile number found in Metrobank’s database
f. In the Available Promos section, click “2024 Q4 Agoda Cashback” and enter mobile to register in the promo.
g. A successful SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration.
If a cardholder changes and/or updates his or her mobile number after successful registration, a cardholder will not be automatically registered in the promo. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 that he or she changes and/or updates his or her mobile number and would like to register the new mobile number. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.
To avail of the promo, a principal cardholder must register from November 1 to December 31, 2024 and must follow the registration process stated in number 4 promo mechanics. A successful SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after the successful registration. No confirmatory SMS means the registration is not successful. Metrobank will only acknowledge a successful registration if the principal cardholder received the successful SMS.
Note: The metrobankcard.mymcc.gift powered by Giftaway will only ask for your mobile number and verification code sent to your mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP via links in e-mail, SMS or phone calls.
A registered cardholder will earn a cashback for his or her qualified transaction/s once registration is successful. Transaction/s made before the successful registration as long as registered within the promo period will qualify for a cashback.
Supplementary cardholder/s is/are automatically registered once the principal cardholder has successfully registered for the promo. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the primary cardholder’s transaction/s.
By completing cardholders’ registration, he or she agrees that his personal informational shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other security terms of Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway.
The promo and cashback entitlement is based on a customer level. Multiple Metrobank credit cards under the same customer number will be considered as one unique cardholder. Qualified and transactions made by supplementary cardholder/s and/or other Metrobank credit card/s (if any) which share the same customer number will be combined in the number of entitled cashback.
A principal cardholder is entitled to maximum of one (1) cashback for the duration of the promo period. Supplementary cardholder transaction/s will be included in the computation of the one (1) cashback.
The cashback will be credited to the cardholders’ account within 60 business days after the end of the promo period with description: 2024 Q4 Agoda Cashback
The incentive cost equivalent is VALID in conjunction with any ongoing promos.
A cardholder and transaction/s will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes past due, delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the cashback. If the cardholder does not pay for his or her balances because of his or her concern/s Metrobank will not be liable on the accrued charges to his or her account.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.
The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
